I paid extra for the creamy sauce for my order, and this is what I received. When I asked bout it manager never came to talk to me. Had issues with my order and they kept getting it wrong ordered a dlt and they couldn’t get me the right one day all. Will not be back to this store, and will be taking this further up the chain.

Truly disappointed with our visit to Taco Bell this late night. We had just left a concert and we were super hungry so we decided to go to Taco Bell. The guy running the window seemed very panicked and rushed even though we were the only business. We got parked, and had to wait for our food. We ordered a number 11 and a cheesy rice burrito. Nothing too extravagant. Yet they needed us to park. In the photos you’ll see how rushed they were. It’s really sad. I dunno. Probably will find a different Taco Bell next time.

Usually i wouldn’t leave a review for a fast food place like taco bell, but the food tasted atrocious. It’s taco bell, i’ve had it many times and i know what i’m getting. The steak burrito was half of the portion that i normally receive from other locations and the crunch wrap supreme genuinely tasted like the ymcas locker room. Do not eat here, i almost puked trying to finish my crunch wrap supreme. Chill employee tho

Ill be honest most times this tacobell is hit or miss especially with the FOOD! But tonight I’m working new years eve at the hospital and needed something to eat. And I don’t regret it
The food was piping hot and came out actually loaded, made fresh. The staff even though I knew they didnt wanna be there either were so friendly, apologized for the wait which there wasn’t really one. So even with them not wanting to be there they did the food right and amazing then ive had it in years to be fair. Whatever overnight crew you had working tonight give them my best and a free meal or raise the works! And especially keep them around

Save your money and drive to a different location. Don’t go to this taco bell. Anytime anyone from my office goes to this taco bell the experience is terrible. The employees don’t acknowledge you and make it feel as if it’s an inconvenience for you to want to order something. This morning, I wanted to order breakfast. Posted on the door and online it says they are open ay 9:00am. I walked over and the door was still lock. It was 9:20am. After trying to get someone’s attention to open the door the woman unlocked the door and walked away without any acknowledgement. This happens all the time.

I totally understand being busy, But this location just doesn’t seem to get it right. I placed an order on the app for pick up ASAP. I was there within 10 minutes, I was folding to pool around and I had to park and go inside and pick up my order. And I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food and it was cold and not all there. This location needs a total refresh of employees or something because they are not understanding the concept of fast food.

Went to this Taco Bell today. At the drive-thru, the AI voice was stopped by a worker who told me the drive-thru was closed and I had to come inside to order. Came inside to see a line of people waiting to enter their own order on a screen. Not a cashier. The screen was buggy and unresponsive but eventually I was able to submit my order. I then waited about 25 minutes before my order was called at the counter. I didn’t receive any of the hot sauce I ordered, and my drink was the wrong size. Rather than being empathetic and apologizing for the mistake, the workers were annoyed and impatient when I brought this up.
Don’t ever let anyone convince you these people should earn more than minimum wage.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell and go through the drive-through they say that they’re not serving food. What kind of Taco Bell can possibly stay open if they’re always turning away customers and not making any money corporate needs to get involved and deal with these employees because this is getting ridiculous now this is the fifth time that I have come here and they have turned me away and not serve me food. also, one of the employees is on the side of the building fighting with. I’m guessing her boyfriend this is super unprofessional. Something needs to be done about this place.
