Food is amazing but customer service can be kinda rude. Was there last April/ may and they were rude to my family and I. Thought I would give it another try because I love Pancheros and I passed it on the way home. I love the food it’s excellent! Horrible, the portions are way too small for what they are charging. Charging extra for regular scoops of food. Very rude, half ass, greedy staff. Unbelievable, I gave this location a few chances and they always find a way to disappoint! I will not be spending my hard earned money here anymore!! You’re better off going to a local Mexican restaurant where you pay the same prices for better quality food, generous portions, and service!!

The price is good and pricing is even better than chipotle. The food was very quick and filling. The size is about the same weight as a Chipotle bowl only slightly smaller. The steak pieces were little small though.

Pancheros always does it right and this store is no exception. Forget Chip*tle who completely lost their way with ridiculous prices and shrinking portions. Pancheros starts each order with a blob of fresh dough that gets pressed and cooked for their burritos. Walk the line and add anything imaginable and when done, they mix the ingredients to avoid the pools of each. It’s always good, always fresh and always friendly.

90% of the staff is always in a foul mood. It’s like this every time we come in. No smiles, no greetings or thank you’s. It almost felt like we were a burden just because we wanted a burritos for lunch. Not sure how much longer this location will be around with that negative customer service attitude. It’s a shame because my company spends alot on catering events weekly. But we’ll take out money elsewhere.
