We stopped by Mucho Loco Mexican Cantina on a whim and were blown away. This place is fantastic.
Our waiter Giovanni was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. He really elevated the experience.
The food was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. The ahi tuna ceviche was incredibly fresh with shrimp, onions, and bright citrus flavors. They served fried tortillas that you break apart yourself to make chips, which was a fun touch and absolutely delicious.
The birria tacos with queso were rich and packed with flavor, but the Omelet Pepa might have been the star. The chunks of meat were huge, tender, and incredibly flavorful. Honestly one of the best omelets I’ve had in recent memory.
The atmosphere is also great — fun, artistic decor with lots of personality that makes the whole place feel lively and unique.
We stopped in randomly and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat and it was incredible!
The service was super attentive and very friendly.
The price for what you get was reasonable.
But the food…. OH MY, the flavors were phenomenal! I ordered the ceviche for appetizer with shrimp, fish and octopus and it was delicious. It was our first time here and definitely not the last. We got Pulpo al pastor, Ceviche Puerto Vallarta , table side guac and of course chips and salsa. Flavors were absolutely amazing and incredibly fresh. Portions are very large! I had mixed feelings after reading the reviews but it exceeded my expectations to above and beyond. The atmosphere is fantastic, it really feels like you somewhere in Tulum by the ocean. I cant wait to be back.

I made a last minute reservation for my birthday I accidentally put the wrong location in my gps and when we got there released we had booked at the Fort Apache location. The waitress Katalina let us know we could stay and she will let the other location know. She gave us a private room she was wonderful!! I was so impressed by the whole staff how amazing and accommodating they were. Jovani are server was amazing very attentive. I had a wonderful birthday celebration the food was also so delicious! Thank you to the entire staff I will definitely be back!

From the service to the food this place doesn’t disappoint. Joana was our waitress she was amazing. Best service and we had a big group. Just the food alone was delicious no matter what anyone got. There is a cute game room in the back for the kids they loved it. Differently going back and telling everyone this is the place to go.

The restaurant and service was nice, the food was alright. I wouldn’t really recommend it to anyone. It was okay but not amazing. There are Mexican restaurants that are much better than this one in the valley. It was a bit pricey as well.
