Dog water sandwich, falling apart, cold and soaking wet. Was asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted like 3 times, which wouldve been fine if it was toasted. I dont know what was happening in the store today but Holy hell, what a nightmare. Also it’s my birthday, I’m the birthday boy and I’m dealing with this nonsense sandwich. Now I’m hungry and covered in barbecue sauce. Whole thing had to be thrown away. Tomato landed on my socked foot. >:(

Each time I visit and go through drive thru most the time they say they aren’t accepting coupons at the time. They are usually out of meatballs, among other meats to make some of the popular subs, I have yet to get my order correct, when I bring it to their attention they do correct their mistakes and that’s on a positive note. When I actually have went inside to order the store is clean and tidy.

Worst experience ever for this sandwich chain. Giving the benefit of a doubt this was the second visit to the location in about three months. The first visit they were barely able to operate and out of many items not limited to but including pepper of all things. Not even a small pack to go. This visit they were operating but barely again. Without a drive through (the entrance to the drive-through was blocked by two chairs and some yellow tape )and many toppings looking like they had been sitting for days so we kept it basic just wanting food but without immediate illness after. They weren’t accepting coupons or taking cards of any kind. Cash only it said on the door. The girls making the sandwiches were actually pretty nice. The Cashier however was very rude and “flippy” with her tone and demeanor. To the point of rudeness to the elderly lady in front of us who tried to offer a coupon. After completing our order I tried to pay with a large bill because that’s all I had not knowing it would be cash only. The rude manager was short to say”we can’t take anything larger than a $20” then said I could go next door for change from the Chinese place. very disappointing very rude and we will never be back. The place was also nasty as far as the floor being clean and the tables not being wiped down. For three workers it seemed like a big mess for the lack of customers they had. The sticker on the sandwich said VIP, but we were definitely not treated that way. very disappointing. Next time we will continue on down the road. Don’t waste your money at this location.

Don’t order online. My card was charged and the store did not receive my order. There is not a customer service number online, only a bot. Had to send a photo of my bank statement to them and they are suppose to respond back by email. Still haven’t received an email. Staff would not give me a number to call. It was filthy inside and they spoke to me like I was an idiot.

This Subway has been out of various foods for seemingly years…steadily in decline. Past 2 weeks was told new owner and the register is not accepting coupons. Then why does subway send them to us. There must be a way to discount manually. No one seems to care. I was told at beginning of line they were now accepting them just to find out at they weren’t at end of line. Was told Didn’t have any artificial sweetener packets for unsweetened tea & never had. I know that’s not true. Been going there ever since it’s been there. Was told things change. Yes seemingly for the worse here. Employees overall courteous. Usually sign on door with long list of what they don’t have.Sub was not good. Bought 4 in 2 days. No coupons. Just want to make whoever cares about this subway and Honea Path. Ty.

My sandwich was a disappointment, it was a wet pile of toppings in a wrapper, all falling off the bread. Just poorly assembled, wish I could take back the tip I left online. The bathroom doesn’t lock and I was walked in on twice because of the faulty door. Generally terrible experience, also all of my spinach was old and limp.

Absolutely horrible service, the two individuals working did not bother to great us and and the female talked about how nasty the establishment was as we stood in line for a good bit of time as they made ONE drive through sub. The exact words were” if people knew how nasty this place was they wouldnt eat here”. Not to mention they only had one tray of bread left. Certainly not an atmosphere I would want to be in, have my food prepared in, or spend my money.

Absolutely awful every time we’ve been they never have no bowls for a salad. Today they had no chicken , lettuce, or bowls. The sandwiches are just a mess. This place shouldn’t be opened in my opinion. They don’t have there stuff together at all

This us the Subway in Honea Path SC. I love this Subway. The people that work here are soooo nice and helpful and friendly!! The food is great and they are one of the few Submail. In our area that actually takes those coupons that we get in the mail. I would recommend this Subway to all of my family and friends.
