Top management! Servers and other staff members are professional,attentive and courteous! This restaurant as a part of a chain is at the top. It’s all hands on deck when it comes to taking care of their customers! And I saw first hand that the head manager took care of customers by correcting an issue by offering an appetizer free of charge. That is going above and beyond!

Not bad. We ordered a take out steak and an appetizer to dine in. We sat at the bar. The bartender was pleasant and polite. The other customers were very friendly and talkative. It was enjoyable overall. The large televisions were a nice touch. The food was a tad bit expensive. I recommend this place but make sure you have about 40 bucks per person to eat ..

My goodness. I really wanted my date’s burger, it looked yummy. And he was kind enough to let me have a bite lol. And the platypus cocktail is so yummy!! It was perfectly made, I had 2 of those. The service was lovely. I was happy with my coconut shrimp. My green beans were perfect, seasoned perfectly. The baked potato soup was scrumtpious! We can’t wait to come back !

Went to get the platypus drink but no more platypus toys, I collect these goofy toys because it’s fun. They ran out but the waitress put in a word and the owner brought me a piece of paper. Told me they should be in the next day and a voucher for a free drink any time. I wasn’t disappointed just said I kinda ordered the drink for it. But I think the service was excellent. Keep up the fun drinks.

Just had a romantic dinner with my hubby! Blooming Onion was delicious, as always. We ordered the 3 course dinners. I enjoyed the Blooming chicken with salad n broccoli and he had the half rack of ribs with Caesar salad and fries. Then we shared our main courses!! Also got raspberry cheesecake for dessert to go!
Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly and professional and management was going around asking how everything was and even held the door for us when we went to leave. Definitely recommend

Went here with my family for a nice sit down dinner. The food was cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed their meals. I love their sweet potato as well as their numerous appetizers! They have a variety of gluten free options for those who need it too. There was not much to complain about but the tables here are a bit worn & weathered.

Food was good. I think the steak needed a little more seasoning though. Our waitress was Kelsey and she was amazing. We didn’t have to tell her when we needed a refill or anything. She kept checking on us and was super sweet. Literally every employee that we communicated to was so nice. The guy on the phone, the hostess, the waitress, the bussers, the food runners. The employees are really great employees and super friendly!

Had such a lovely visit to Outback.
The food was great but our server Sammy was the star. He was professional, efficient and so helpful answering questions, making recommendations when we requested and even helped us figure out a tricky gift card at the end of the night.
We had a bloomin onion which was very well seasoned with a tangy sauce, the loaded baked potatoes were expertly fluffed and stirred up so the topping would sink in, the bloomin burgers were juicy, tender, covered in properly melted, gooey cheese and we topped it all off with a super yummy cheese cake with tangy sweet raspberry sauce.
The food was amazing and the service was even better. Literally go to outback just to visit Sammy. He was the best and deserves recognition and a raise.

Very disappointed with the 3 people we dealt with checking in. We asked for first available, happy to sit in the Bar if a table came open .
We had been waiting 39 minutes and saw a group get seated in the Bar as soon as they walked in with out a reservation.
Saw a couple more groups get seated .
Plenty of open tables , restaurant must have been understaffed .
We questioned why we were passed over only to be met with sarcastic response . We chose to leave and rude comments were sent our way as we walked out the door .

Sammy R was our server and you can tell that he took his job seriously and we hugely appreciated that. He did everything perfectly right and was very tactful and respectful to me and my wife.
We both ordered the 3 course meal special on the back of menu + a bloomin onion appetizer which was very good just like the fair fried onions. We both got bloomin burgers with a soup, wedge salad, and 2 loaded baked potatoes and 2 Pcs of cheesecake! +The appetizer, All for less than 50$ total!! That’s a great price.
And the food was as amazing as expected.
