First the lady at the window was banging the window open and closed it and was very aggressive. When we said thank you she just said “mhm.” Then closed it. When we got our food, which took 8 minutes with 2 cars in the line. My drink the cup was covered in pop and sitting all over the lid. I opened my burger when I got it because the service was already worrying. When I opened it there was 3 minuscule dots of mustered and almost no ketchup. When I went inside to ask and show them, the man said almost sarcastically. “I can remake that for you but just for your knowledge that’s how they come.” Just for your knowledge I’ve lived here my whole life and never gotten 3 minuscule dots on a McDonald’s burger. Not here, not anywhere. Thanks for the crappy food after a long shift and drivers training for 9 hours in total. I was starving, had no condiments and the burger was saltier than this review.

The cashier who took my family’s order was extremely unprofessional. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, that does not justify treating customers in a discourteous manner. She did not smile or greet us, nor did she appear welcoming to anyone else in the lobby. In fact, several customers were openly discussing the cashier’s demeanor due to how uncomfortable the interaction felt.
Her overall attitude gave the impression that she was unhappy and that customers were an inconvenience. Additionally, we observed the manager speaking with another customer in what came across as a condescending tone. Based on this experience, it is fair to say that the level of customer service during our visit was disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I order 10 apple pies at the drive thru window. They told me it would be a 12 minute wait and was perfectly fine with that. BUT after a half hour of waiting I went in to retrieve my 10 apple pies. Nobody knew where they were at. Then after 5 minutes the girl behind the counter said they were being boxed up. 10 minutes later I walked out with my apple pies. Just so unbelievable how did organized this place was. Then while I waited the 15 minutes inside, I was privileged enough to watch two employees screaming at each other in the back making the food. So, good job McDonald’s for making me wait 45 minutes for 10 apple pies!

I ordered on the app and waited a few minutes before heading in to grab it at the counter. Waited 35 minutes for a medium strawberry shake and large hi-c, that was literally my whole order. when the shake was finally handed to me, it was completely melted. I then had to stand and wait at least another 5 minutes before I could even get an employee to acknowledge me. We could all hear what seemed to be a manager discouraging the employees and telling them they will probably have a new manager since ticket times are only bad on his shift. I’d imagine they are when it takes 35 minutes for two drinks.

The hours aren’t accurate, food isn’t good, they’re understaffed and all staff they do have are in the kitchen so good luck getting help in the lobby. If you customize your order, even something as simple as no bun 9/10 it’s going to have a bun. Their fries almost seem under cooked by how limp and soft they are. Ordering through door dash they also lack- ordered two medium fries and received a large not even a quarter of the way filled. I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes to even see an employee acknowledge the person at the front of the line.
Any other restaurant is worth your money

DONT GO HERE!!! The workers stand in the back giggling on their phones while there are people standing waiting for help. 25 minutes to get our food and they mess up the order. There is one guy doing his job while 3 girls stand and giggle. You’re paid hourly to do your job, do it. This is sad. It’s McDonald’s for crying out loud, just help the people who have been standing around waiting for 20 minutes. The employees and management are more focused on hanging out after work and talking about something on their phones.

Ordered on the app to save time and used my rewards for my free large iced caramel coffee. We’re 5 hours from home, bridge is closed so we have to wait to cross back to the U.P. We got pizza right after and headed towards the bridge to wait. Stirred my coffee and took a drink, coffee grounds in my mouth! Disgusting! Used to work at McDonald’s, grounds in the iced coffee are easy to see when you’re pouring. Very disappointed. Girl who handed it to us at 2nd window didn’t say a word, wasn’t very welcoming atmosphere. I’ll be requesting a refund via the app and corporate if needed.

Cashier more interested in talking to coworkers than waiting on customers. Waited 4 minutes for her after manager told her we were there.
Scrambled eggs were runny, biscuit hard, butter hard, rest of breakfast only lukewarm.
Women’s bathroom was horrible. Toilets unflushed, garbage can full, small trash can spilled all over the stall floor. Toilet very difficult to get to flush.
At that point we just left our food and went on our way.
We won’t ever return here.

Put in a mobile order for three drinks, went in when the app said they were ready and they were not.
While waiting at the mobile order pick up spot I watched as an older couple waiting finally had an employee come over and told them to go order on the kiosk and when the woman (who was late 70s) said she didn’t know how to use the kiosk the employee rudely told her “well you will be waiting a while to order” and the couple left. There were about four more people in line behind them.
She then rattled off my mobile order number and I was handed EMPTY cups.
Every time I come here it gets worse. If you still have a staffing shortage it’s probably because no one wants to work with/ for the current staff.
