Been frequenting Mcds daily for the better part of 5 years especially breakfast. Need my morning coffee and theirs is solid and has been for a while. I work down the street from this location and it’s always been clutch. Even if there’s an issue which to be honest hasn’t happened to me very often Crystal (manager) or one the staff always make it right. Fast food is a tough gig to work in so much respect to her and the staff doing their best to make it right daily. Appreciate you guys!

This location is ridiculous. I ordered my food through the drive through and the the employee was having a side conversation the entire time then when I got to the first window the employee had their phone out texting and I repeated my entire order again. I notice the receipt was missing a kids meal by the time I got to the 2nd window and I said something and was informed it was getting taken care and to pull forward. Then the runner tried handing me the incorrect order and when I informed that wasn’t mine she demanded the receipt as if I was lying. Then when she finally brought me the food I informed her once again I was missing a third kids meal and was told to look at my receipt know that it was missing since I said something multiple times. Then when I asked if I’m supposed to sit in the long line again she informed me I could go stand in line inside (which is not gonna happen with kids in the car) and she stormed off with an attitude. Then when I got home my burgers had pickles on it after ordering no pickles so I couldn’t even eat my meal.I have never had to post a review before but I have worked in restaurants for 10+ years and have never seen that much disrespect and the fact the they don’t pay any attention to the customers is a shame.

I’ve gone into this McDonald’s as both a customer and a doordash delivery driver, while I deliver, I try to be very very patient with staff because I 100% understand that it’s a stressful job to work in and many delivery drivers only make things harder. However, walking into the lobby just to be ignored for a solid 30 minutes on multiple occasions is absurd (mind you the order was just within my view but not on a shelf where I could grab it without going BEHIND the counter on all but one occasion of this), with people literally walking past me and telling me I have to get someone else to help me while not helping me get that person. Most of the drive-thru staff are incredibly kind and I understand not being talkative but if you’re not going to say a single word You could at least smile.

Worst McD in county.
Never can get your order right and it’s constantly a long way through the drive-thru. They don’t care.
Even when you correct the order as you’re paying, when you get to pick it up window they still give you the wrong food/drink. They flip an attitude and snap that it isn’t their fault. They hesitate to fix their mistake and give you that which you ordered!
They need an entire management overhaul and some serious corp culture training.

This is by far the BEST McDonald’s around, service is fast, accurate and staff is always polite so what just happened?!? This evening I go through the drive-thru for a couple cookies, I asked the young man “do they come heated” and he acted like he didn’t know what I was saying, so I said, “do you heat the cookies, do you put them in the microwave?” and he said not unless you ask is too. I replied, no way, I hate hot cookies. They had 4 prepared cookies, I asked for 2. Pulled forward, received a huge bag for those 2 cookies and when I put my hand underneath the bag to set it aside I immediately felt the heat from the cookies!! I spoke up to the young lady at the window asking why the cookies were “hot” and she just looked at me, I told her I specifically asked that they NOT be heated up! All the employees standing there looked at me like I was nuts but this is the 2nd time in a week this has happened (here and the Manatee Ave location) and both times I handed the bag back and drove off very dissatisfied. Can’t a girl just get a cookie without it being a hot mess?!?

I bought the $5 meal deal with tax is $5.35. A McDouble, fries, Chicken nugget’s and a drink which is a fountain drink. But when the clerk rang it up the total was $5.89. I questioned the total. He eventually got his supervisor. The stores fountain drinks were out. So McDonalds ask what I wanted instead. I said unsweet ice tea and added it’s all the same price right because it’s the $5 meal deal. The clerk said yes.
So why the almost 15% increase in price if I’m purchasing the $5 meal deal. The supervisor said, knowing their soda machine is out of service, you substituted for the unsweet ice tea. I replied no I didn’t. McDonalds substituted the tea not me. Your soda machine is out of service. The meal deal is $5 and you needed to substitute the drink because you don’t have part of the meal deal. If you want to still offer that meal deal for sale you must then substitute another drink in it’s place. Not do an up charge.
In other McDonalds like in the Midwest found drinks and tea are the same price. Why here are they sell tea at a higher price. Tea has a very high profile margin already and I think you find MCD increases, I bet, the price by about 300%.
MCD is heading down the same road as Burger King, which have been closing store in a lot of towns nationwide. MCD is running the same business plan by over charging, extremely poor customer service, and below health code standards at 9 out of 10 stores in this country. It’s no wonder that MCD has been placed in the top 10 national businesses to start closing stores heading to bankruptcy within 5 years. Even MCD knows of the poor service and lack of proper customer service. MCD has begun opening coffee cafés to challenge the Starbucks of the coffee industry. Less employees, smaller capital expenditures and close to the same revenue.

Ordered a single pie as an add on to a meal. Then waited 45 minutes for them to hand me a cold pie. It had a sticker telling em eat it at a time 15 minutes before they gave it to me. Guess they just for got to give me my order until I asked, which took forever since nobody was in the front. No apology or anything.
