Went here with my uncle on Veterans Day to celebrate our service. I got the steak bites and they were pretty good basically a cut up steak cooked medium. The menu was decent for what we could choose. The bread was great with the butter melting on it. Our waiter could have been a little more attentive since we got there when it opened and there was no crowd but overall it was a good experience and I would recommend going and giving it a try.

I went to Logan’s Colerain for dinner w/family on a Saturday night . We were on a time limit and the wait was only 25 min. The most amazing part of the dinner was meeting our server Gabby!!! We were seated and within in 15 seconds she greeted us and took our drink order! Gabby was very professionally, engaging, and friendly ! Half way through our dinner we learned she transferred from Tennessee and it was only her second shift working at this location! She was absolutely amazing! The food was very good and came out in a very reasonable time . Thank you Gabby for making the experience amazing for us!!!

Excellent service. Ceasar salad was crisp and not wilty. Steak was cooked perfectly. Food sevice and drink refills where prompt. The waitress was kind. I seen multiple staff bussing tables and working very hard. I enjoyed this place more than Longhorn and Outback. A lot of resteraunts on Colerain have became subpar Logans 4seems to stand out as an exception.

If you are blessed enough to go and get a waitress named Sharon you are in for a great night. We showed up right after two huge groups so we were in for a long wait on our food. She kept our drinks full, rolls hot, and even brought a juice box out for our toddler. She was constantly apologizing and asking us if we needed anything. The steaks were wonderful tasting and a great deal on Wed nights.

We had a very good time. Great food! Excellent service! Very nice staff all around. We went on Valentine’s Day, at 5:30 and got the text our table was ready just 15 minutes later. They honored my request to be near the front (mobility reasons) even though they were slammed. Everyone was quite pleasant and accommodating. Our server, Alahna, was just lovely! We only had 1 mishap and that was immediately rectified (overcooked steak) with a delicious replacement.
It really was outstanding service. We will definitely return. I only wish we still had a Logan’s closer to us. This one is just over 30 miles away.
Absolutely the only negative I can think of is it was extremely warm inside and relatively smokey, although above the seating area for the most part, but it’s a steakhouse and was packed so these are both to be expected to some degree.

Vikki was a very good server. Steak was expertly prepared. Salad, loaded baked potato, & rolls all good. Only serious suggestion: PLEASE have some sort of flavored butter for the rolls – cinnamon, honey, raspberry, etc.

Walking in to Logan’s today, there were several staff members wearing earbuds, which personally I found to be unprofessional. Our server Shelby, took our order and wrote nothing down. I ordered a 1/4 chicken 2 sides and a salad, my wife ordered a ribeye. I had a beer and my wife ordered the drink, The Ranger. The Ranger was short poured in my opinion. Our food comes out and instead of a chicken I got a salmon. Shelby replaced the meal and gave me my correct order and it took another 15 minutes to get to my table. Although she was very kind and helpful in fixing the mistake, it could’ve been prevented had she written the order down in the first place. Overall the taste of the food was ok, the restaurant was by all accounts clean. The service was mid at best. It wasn’t that busy so I expected at least my order to come out correct the first time. It wasn’t my first time visiting Logan’s, but it definitely showed me that I really wasn’t missing anything while I was gone.

Took my family here between activities at Great American Ball Park for a bite to eat. The service was outstanding, the food was out of thus world and our server was top notch! He treated my grandkids the best ever, helping them cut up their food ( they are 4 & 5 ) along with bringing extra napkins without having to ask. He was also doing double duty as he was the bar tender. But everyone in this restaurant were amazing from the front door to our table. I hope I get the opportunity to eat here again, so thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
