Outstanding First Visit – Thank You, Andrea!
We tried our local IHOP for the first time and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our server, Andrea.
From the moment we sat down, Andrea’s service was exceptional. She was attentive and checked on our table multiple times throughout the meal without being intrusive. What really stood out was her patience and helpfulness—she took the time to walk me through how to use my coins in the IHOP app to redeem a discount on the final bill. That kind of genuine care makes all the difference.
The food matched the excellent service. Our pancakes and breakfast platters arrived at the table piping hot, clearly fresh from the kitchen, and were absolutely delicious. It was the perfect, comforting meal we were hoping for.
We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent experience. Our server was phenomenal. She was incredibly polite and her energy made the visit even better. Food was fast and reasonably priced. I always stop here when in town. Some servers are bi-lingual too.

I requested a table for two, there was an about a 15 min wait so we sat down at the lobby. At about 10 minutes of waiting, another couple walked in, continued to the host and were seated immediately.
We were then seated about 2 minutes later. We were seated near the wait staff desk and after 15 minutes or so, no waiter or waitress came to offer drinks or take our order. We asked for the waiter to come to our table, and it still took another 5 minutes or so. Our order took about 30 minutes to be ready. Once it came, my plate came with a piece of paper in it. When I made the waiter aware, he proceeded to take the paper out of the food with his hand and expected me to accept the food. I asked for him to take it back and order a whole new dish. That only took about 2 minutes to cook, which was a red flag and sure enough he said the eggs were replaced. I rejected the food then. Yes my meal was complementary, but not once did management come to apologize nor offer any explanation. I honestly believe the whole check should’ve been complementary, considering the inconvenience we experienced. Needless to say my sister and I were not happy with this service at all.

I have been to a few IHOPs, but this is the best one. I love coming to this IHOP. Always greeted well with smiling staff members. Prompt service every-time. Keith is the manager here, and he’s the best. I highly recommend going to this IHOP. The manager himself is very humble and helpful. He’s a clear example of what a good team leader looks like.

Good service and selections, tasty milkshakes. Orders came out missing a few ingredients (protein in pancakes and avocados in the sandwich) but they were still delicious and plates were empty when we left. Good server.

I love the original butter pancakes and wanted to try something different so I ordered the seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes. Honestly they tasted like cinnamon pancakes, no pumpkin taste at all. And the crepes we ordered tasted just like eggs, no other flavor in it. The aesthetic of the food looks very good but the flavor is not it on these two, sadly. I hope they can improve these dishes for next time. This was on thursday, october 9th, 2025.

IHOP’s blueberry pancakes were great, and the coffee is always a welcome pick-me-up. The chicken pieces were cooked just right.
Service was quick, and Mauro was friendly and helpful, making our dining experience enjoyable.
