Cheers to Adam’s one man show at Falafayette. As a huge fan of chef Alon Shaya’s restaurants in New Orleans, Covington, and Denver, I was pumped to try Falafayette, when I heard their hummus was just as good as Safta, Shaya, and Tavi. I ordered catering for our corporate event from Falafayette on short notice. Not only did Adam come through with all the items requested, the food was OUTSTANDING! Some of the best falafel’s I’ve ever tasted and the vegan chocolate mousse went beyond expectations. Would definitely order again and highly recommend them for their food and great friendly service.

5 stars is not enough!!! Everything about this food truck brought me back to the streets of Israel. The falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. The hummus is incredibly smooth and creamy, and the halva was so rich and flavorful—it honestly blew me away. This is easily the best falafel and Mediterranean food you’ll find in Colorado!

I just had the best falafel I’ve ever had in Colorado! And this is coming from someone who was born and raised in Israel. Adam was awesome. Very friendly service. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend checking this place out and I will definitely be back. Thanks Adam!

This was our first time trying this food truck. My husband and I both ordered the falafel pita. The service was quick, the owner was super sweet and friendly. He explained his ordering process which was very easy! He also made our young son a complimentary plate with 2 falafel balls & fries. The food was delicious.
The only let down was the atmosphere, easy parking, he had some table and chairs to sit down and enjoy your food… but not much of an atmosphere to hang out and eat. But, I mean.. that’s the choice of the customer to eat there or not. It’s a food truck after all. Either way, good was delicious & owner was great!

We made a special trip from Boulder to grab lunch on Friday and I’m so glad we did. It was worth the drive. The food was amazing! The hummus was silky smooth, the pita was light and fluffy, and the sauces added a lovely kick. We ordered in advance and the food was ready when we arrived. The service was top-notch. The owner clearly has a passion for what he does. Highly recommend!

Followed the instagram, finally got the chance to come eat! Ordered the hummus bowl and fries, falafel bowl and palisade peach topped lebnah bowl. So much great food, and tons of sauces to try. The falafel is tasty as my mom put it “I like the balls the best”. I loved the little peach topping on the lebnah and the pita was so fluffy. A must try place if you can catch him in time. Worth every cent, cool guy and cool little place 🙂

Falafayette is amazing! I have never been a fan of hummus OR falafel, but I tried Falafayette and I absolutely love it! Adam is an amazing owner and it is easy to see the amount of passion and dedication he puts in to making sure his food and customer service is of the highest quality. He is running the business all by himself and is always sold out so I can only imagine how much hard work that takes. 100% recommend to anybody looking for some falafel and pita!

Ok so I am not actually a lover of falafel, but my kids wanted to try this place so I was all in! Wow. So surprised! Hummus was smooth and flavorful and falafel was so crispy and fresh. Soft pita to hold it all in. Must visit!
