Wow! This location radiates an incredible energy that’s hard to describe. I’ve never experienced a Waffle House like this one (franchise number 192, located on Collins in Arlington, TX). The uplifting atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The general manager, Jeff, truly deserves a promotion; he has a knack for creating a welcoming environment where every customer is greeted with genuine warmth and a heartfelt thank you. I can confidently say this is fantastic after visiting over 40 Waffle Houses across different states! My waitress, Kristin, demonstrated outstanding service with her attentiveness and friendly demeanor, ensuring I had everything I needed. It was also refreshing to see every team member actively engaging with customers, all while wearing welcoming smiles. I can imagine how empowering it would be to have a leader like Jeff on my team!

My waitress was Sylvia and she was truly attentive, caring, patient and helpful with my menu selection. I normally do not eat hard fried eggs on a sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by how it tasted. The parking lot traffic is horrible due to how the restaurant is located. Definitely 5 up to Sylvia

A typical Waffle House. I love them all 🙂 the food was tasty and cheap. I got the chocolate chip waffle which was yummy and had such a warm buttery taste. Went with friends and they got a few other dishes that they were satisfied with.

We had a terrific time. There’s nothing quite like sitting at the counter of a busy Waffle House. Our waitress was friendly and kind. She did a great job of memorizing and delivering our order to the cook. The coffee was a little weak. I would have preferred it be stronger. The waffles were crispy, light, and delicious. The bacon was crispy. The hash browns were perfectly seasoned.

Came down for the Big 12 championship a few weeks ago and we don’t have Waffle house in Nevada but I wish we did. First of all the food is the shit! The service is unique. The cook can’t take your order even though you’re 3′ away. Still cool and the environment is my favorite. If I lived here I would come all the time.
