We went to Red lobster hoping to have a good Valentine Day for our 14th year anniversary. Our waitress, Nina , absolutely was sweet as can be and showed her concerns. Well we had horrible time there. We were not given cups , just Togo cups but that was after 15 mins waiting on drinks and burnt biscuits came out. We never got any refills. QUOTE there was no one but one other table there. We waited 45 mins for our food. Which came out nasty. We were never offered any more biscuits or drinks. The lobster came out raw, which is insane because we found out that night, it isn’t even fresh lobster !!! Its frozen lobster!!!!!! It was gross and felt like a raw piece of bait suid. I got the boil and the only thing I was able to eat was the shrimp because the potatoes were rotten and brown spots all over it and the corn tasted really old and dried. They put no seasoning on it even though I got there new seasoning and wanted it spicy. Point blank red lobster should be ashamed to sell lobster since its frozen….. I asked if we could have some stuff tooken off due to the fact we didnt get to eat anything g but our veggies and she claimed she will talk to the manager but came back with a check! She didnt return till a put my card in there , didnt give me time to ask again for the manager. I still left her a tip but I wanted at least half my money back since we didnt even get to eat anything really….

I had the Pick Two or Three Shrimp…..yummy. My friend chose the Weekday Shrimp Trio. His favorite was the popcorn shrimp. Fries came in an adorable bag.

We ordered lunch and without getting to expensive we ordered the popcorn scrimp with fries. Their appetizer bread is absolutely amazing and our waitress was a Rockstar. She even gave us a little bag for home. Would enjoy going back for dinner and trying the lobster

We had a party of 18 for my son’s 18th birthday. The server, Steph B, was amazing! She was able to keep up with all of the MANY drink refills and did a great job with the orders! We’ve not had the best experience here in the past, but my son wanted to go here for his birthday, because it’s one of his favorite places to eat. Glad we gave it another chance! Thanks Steph B!

Julia what’s one if not the best waitress server that I ever experienced. The experience in this Red Lobster restaurant was very pleasant. Julia was very kind, nice and Patient. She took good care f us and made us feel welcome. She is amazing and efficient. I will recommend this Red Lobster to all my friends and family.

For the love of God and all things holy, DON’T DO THIS TO YOURSELF! I reserve my negative reviews for the ones that really deserve it, and buddy, this is the one! Sons wanted to try it, I was a little leary after seeing the lobster tank but tried to be tough for them. The server was mostly nice but obviously over-sat and frustrated. Got our order wrong, no big deal but acted like it was an inconvenience to get it fixed. Lobster was old, chewy and tasted of ammonia. I’m from the coast and I know what good, fresh seafood tastes like. This wasn’t it. Wish we would’ve skipped the wait and gone to a different seafood restaurant. The only recommendation that I will give is to stay far, FAR away from this one.
