Waited 28 mins for our waters. Ordered child’s stir fry and 2 lunch entrees that included appetizers. We completely finished our meal and never received our appetizers. We asked 3 times for our appetizers. Waiter said he would bring them out immediately and bring extra for the error. When we finally received them, they were wrong and gross. Egg drop soup was thick and weird tasting. Kids stir fry was practically raw broccoli and carrots with rice. We never received our fruit cup with kids meal either. Waiter or manager never came over to apologize for anything. Restaurant was also dark and cold.
Side note: I wish there was a pickier kid option. My daughter has a difficult time eating rice or noodles and wished there was a fries or sandwich or spring roll option.

My wife and I visited PF Chang’s in Mount Pleasant around 8:00pm on Friday, February 13th. When we got there the Goth Hostess told us it would be a 45 minute wait as there were 7 other parties ahead of us. Note that there were at least 10 empty tables we could visibly see. We asked if we could sit in the bar area and be served food. The Hostess told us we could sit in the bar area but they couldn’t serve us food. We thought this was odd as there were at least 8 other people sitting at the bar eating. She also told us that the kitchen was backed up so even if we got seating in the restaurant it will be awhile before we could be served. We sat in the Bar area at a high top table and were immediately waited on by both of the bar tenders. They advised we could order food. The Bartenders were great at waiting on us and our food came out very quickly. The food was delicious as well as our drinks. The only reason I am giving the mid-range review is because of the lack of knowledge from the Hostess. She had know clue what the wait time was nor what was going on in the kitchen. We love PF Chang’s and drove 45 minutes to we rudely greeted. Thank goodness the bartenders knew what they were doing.

The service and atmosphere were great but some notes on the food. We had the egg drop soup, sweet and sour soup, crab wontons, and some entrees. The egg drop soup was ok, the sweet and sour soup was EXTREMELY sour so might not be for everyone. The crab wontons tasted like there was just crab paste with no seasoning or cream cheese and the sauce was lacking. The honey chicken and orange chicken were ok, but where I was disappointed was the lo mien. We were here a couple of months ago and that was my favorite dish, full of flavor and complimented the food well. Today it had hardly any flavor due to the extreme lack of sauce or spices, you can see how light it is compared to photos from a few months back. It may have just been my personal taste but the whole table was disappointed in a lot of aspects of the meal. I hope they start adding some flavor back into the dishes!

Brandy was fantastic! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu and drinks well, gave great recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed!!! Our drinks were always full, and her positive attitude really made the experience stand out. You can tell she cares about what she does—top-notch service. We will definitely be back and hope to have Brandy again!

Marcus was my waiter tonight and he really made my entire evening amazing. The service was impeccable. The food came out so quickly and was delicious. I really appreciate his jovial attitude. It made my experience a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend asking for him if you go in, he should really get a bonus for how well he does!!

We stopped in to grab Togo and while we wait decided to have a few drinks at the bar. Brandy did an amazing job inquiring about our preferred drinks and did not fail to deliver 2 amazing drinks. Food came out quickly and the ribs were delicious. Thanks Brandy for making exceptional drinks for our lovely Saturday relaxation

Probably the worst Chinese/asian food I have ever had in my life. Lettuce wrap ok but the Mongolian dish was awful. The taste of the cornstarch caked on to the food. Beef tasted old.
The freshest dish was the honey shrimp but that was just ok. Caked on batter smothered in sweet sauce. Freshest meaning it was freshly cooked not precooked.
The fried rice was not even fried…white rice with soy sauce and the carrots added tasted dirty as if the carrots were not peeled. I would be willing to bet this as I could not eat it.
Pork buns, take them off the menu. The cucumber with the pork was awful. I could not eat the “mostly bun” “mostly fat” pork belly. Basically an Asian taco. Was the only thing we had to say something that we did not like. The server offered to take off bill but we said no.
If I was to guess: The food tasted like it was premade and placed in a Bain-Marie warmer for easy dish out. Table next to us got food super quick. Did not taste fresh at all.
The restaurant seemed dirty and our table was sticky.
Our server Dominic (if that was his name) tall thin man with glasses was extremely nice and accommodating. Super friendly and kind. Very attentive. The best part of our meal.
Keep server, ditch the food. I would not recommend this place. Needs a work over.

Izabella at P.F. Chang’s absolutely made our night. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that instantly makes you feel taken care of. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and checked on us at just the right moments without ever being intrusive.
Our drinks were never empty, our food came out perfectly timed, and every request was handled with a smile. What really stood out was her positive energy — she clearly enjoys what she does, and it shows in the way she treats her guests.
If you’re dining at P.F. Chang’s, do yourself a favor and ask for Izabella. She turned a great meal into an exceptional experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really enjoyed lunch. Andrea was wonderful. Thai salad good. Shared a small, and that was plenty. The Kung Pao shrimp and teriyaki chicken were great flavors. Very good portions. Going to have it tomorrow. Desserts were smooth and nice. Just missed not having regular coffee to have with the dessert. Definitely will return to try some other options.
