Ordered online 6:16pm, no movement on tracker for 1.5 hours… The scheduled times were about 60 minutes out so figured it just was busy tonight? Punted at 8:00pm, ordered and drove to competitor, they actually enter status in their electronic system…, waited 2 minutes in parking lot and done. Checked later this location’s tracker at 8:40pm said the pizza was picked up lol. Hope someone enjoyed it at least. Safe to say trying this experience again might be like trying changing your fiber internet to AOL. No thanks.

Unfortunately, after having great results delicious pizza each and every time today the pizza was dry smaller than it usually is more stale than fresh. I probably will not be ordering again. I’m trying to decide.

WORST Customer Service EVER! Earlier this week, the lobby was full of upset customers due to a huge back order and 45 minutes to OVER an hour wait time, after being told via phone 20 minutes for Pick Up. Part of our order was sent out on Uber Eats (never received). Staff seemed shell-shocked and overwhelmed. Offered to cancel the MANY orders. It’s so clear that the staff was not equipped by the management/owner to handle these types of situations. I do wonder where the owner/manager was during this horrific situation. We have choices in our area, and believe me, we will be using them in the future.

Dissapointing. The garlic boneless wings were just slopped together. I really hate how Papa Johns uses door dash too. The driver is always blasting music and driving way too fast in my neighborhood. This plave used to be great but the last two times ive ordered the food is not well made and even some of the sauces were already opened.

Food is always good, but the system here is terrible. You have 10 people waiting in line. All of their food is ready to go sitting on the tray, but the workers won’t allow people to grab their food because it’s against policy even though their name has been called. I get that they are stressed and they’re busy but you gotta figure out a better system so the people can just grab their food once they see their pizza. Maybe some sort of kiosk that they can scan to grab their food out once it’s ready or just put it in a place that people can grab it. But some people are just patiently standing there in line for an hour while their food is sitting on the tray and they can’t go access it because nobody is helping because they are too busy making pizzas. It’s a good problem to have but you need to have like one person that’s dedicated to handing out pizzas or something.

Been coming here for years and the service is awesome Kaden was on the ball and took care of a few of my orders this year I just had to leave a 5 star review because he earned it with friendly professional service got the pizza done in less time than expected and it was delicious.

I placed a pick-up order online for this location. When doing so, I checked the option to get text updates about my order. After the order was placed, I got a confirmation that it would be ready ASAP, with no time.

I kept watching the tracker and nothing happened. After about 50 minutes of no tracker movement and no text, I called the restaurant and they confirmed my pizza was ready. I asked if it just finished or had been sitting awhile. The girl said it had been out awhile. I said I was coming to the store, but I’d like a new fresh pizza made. She said they would.

I got to the store and a different girl, Aislynn, handed me my pizza. I asked if this was a new one. She said she was not aware a new one was being made, but she would check. She went back to the pizza prep area, and asked the assistant manager, James. I could tell by body language and everything going on that they were going to claim it was new when it wasn’t. Sure enough, she came back and said it was new. I opened it right there and felt the pizza and it was not hot. I said I wanted a new pizza. Aislynn grabbed the pizza, threw it down on the counter behind her and said “I guess we’ll make you a new pizza then”. I then asked to speak with whomever was in charge, which was James.

James owned up to the lie about the pizza being new. He apologized for the way Aislynn reacted and said it would be another 10 minutes for a new pizza. I said I would wait, but I asked for the GM’s contact info and he gave me Caleb’s number. I finally got my pizza about 1h15m after ordering it.

I called Caleb the next day and told him what happened. He said he couldn’t do anything about the tracker not working. (Another customer called about that while I was waiting for my pizza.) He said Aislynn should not have responded that way and they definitely should not have lied. He thanked me for reaching out, rather than posting a negative review, and said he would look into the issue once he got into the store and call me back. I never heard from him and thus, here is the review of my experience.

My expectations were reasonable and I don’t expect attitude or lies when I go into a store. I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this location.

Rude and lied straight to my face.
I placed my order online but didn’t set it for delivery so I called the store and had them change it to delivery. After an hour my pizza had not arrived and I noticed I had a missed call from the store. I called them back and they told me they messed up and didn’t changed the order to delivery. When they realized the mistake instead of sending g it out they called me and when I didn’t answer they still didn’t send it for delivery.
I told them that was fine and I would come pick it up. I asked them to remake the pizza since it had been sitting for so long. They said they would.
I got there and looked at the pizza and it was obviously old. I showed them the pizza and said this is old can you remake it. They told me it was already remade. I know it was old but didn’t want them to do something to a remade pizza So I took it. This pic was taken as soon as I got home.

We had a great meal made by Ernie! Stopped by later on a Friday night and ordered in the store. Ernie took great care of us! He made a great pizza, kept us laughing, and was so kind and personable! He even brought our pizza out to the car when it was ready, as well as sauces, napkins, and plates. We will definitely be back!
