Hopefully this feedback is received gladly.
I kept watching the tracker and nothing happened. After about 50 minutes of no tracker movement and no text, I called the restaurant and they confirmed my pizza was ready. I asked if it just finished or had been sitting awhile. The girl said it had been out awhile. I said I was coming to the store, but I’d like a new fresh pizza made. She said they would.
I got to the store and a different girl, Aislynn, handed me my pizza. I asked if this was a new one. She said she was not aware a new one was being made, but she would check. She went back to the pizza prep area, and asked the assistant manager, James. I could tell by body language and everything going on that they were going to claim it was new when it wasn’t. Sure enough, she came back and said it was new. I opened it right there and felt the pizza and it was not hot. I said I wanted a new pizza. Aislynn grabbed the pizza, threw it down on the counter behind her and said “I guess we’ll make you a new pizza then”. I then asked to speak with whomever was in charge, which was James.
James owned up to the lie about the pizza being new. He apologized for the way Aislynn reacted and said it would be another 10 minutes for a new pizza. I said I would wait, but I asked for the GM’s contact info and he gave me Caleb’s number. I finally got my pizza about 1h15m after ordering it.
I called Caleb the next day and told him what happened. He said he couldn’t do anything about the tracker not working. (Another customer called about that while I was waiting for my pizza.) He said Aislynn should not have responded that way and they definitely should not have lied. He thanked me for reaching out, rather than posting a negative review, and said he would look into the issue once he got into the store and call me back. I never heard from him and thus, here is the review of my experience.
My expectations were reasonable and I don’t expect attitude or lies when I go into a store. I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this location.
I placed my order online but didn’t set it for delivery so I called the store and had them change it to delivery. After an hour my pizza had not arrived and I noticed I had a missed call from the store. I called them back and they told me they messed up and didn’t changed the order to delivery. When they realized the mistake instead of sending g it out they called me and when I didn’t answer they still didn’t send it for delivery.
I told them that was fine and I would come pick it up. I asked them to remake the pizza since it had been sitting for so long. They said they would.
I got there and looked at the pizza and it was obviously old. I showed them the pizza and said this is old can you remake it. They told me it was already remade. I know it was old but didn’t want them to do something to a remade pizza So I took it. This pic was taken as soon as I got home.
