Damn. There are certain dishes that places are known for. I love Sonic’s onion rings. They taste like deep fried sweet fair food. It’s so disappointing when you find a location that doesn’t care about the quality of food that goes out. No management oversight for QC. These were burnt, tasted like old grease and so dried out I couldn’t cut them with my teeth Thank you Sonic on Montana for encouraging me to stay away from fast food.

I made a mobile order, it had to be ready by 5:28
Pm got there one minute before the time, i put my stall number, i saw they were taking longer with a car that was on a stall and the girl was apologizing it looked like she was the only one there so i was like ok in my mind i was like she may take a bit longer with me so i’ll wait…. but 30 mins went by and no movement so i pressed the red button and the girl told me something like they weren’t taking like orders on the stalls so i said i made a mobile order and gave my name, she said to go thru the drive thru i waited another 10-15 mins in line
So i was there like 45 mins and the sodas(3) tasted old and the fries tasted as if they were from the day before
I don’t blame the workers they do the best they can! They probably over work them and now adays it’s harder to get people that want to work but still i would say its more the management they are the problem, they better be paying them good for doing their best to keep that location going!!

The person talking my order wasn’t paying attention to me as was trying to place my order. Ihad to repeat it because he was not listening. The girl at the window was not exactly friendly. I almost felt like I was bothering them. I was the only person there and had wait for a while for my food. I thought it was it was being mad fresh but that was not the case. My fries were cold and hard, the chicken patty was dry and hard as well. The bun on my coney was hard on the ends. I normally have a good experience at this location but tonight I was very disappointed.

Literally the WORST sonic in the world. I’ve been to this location multiple times where I wasn’t even helped. I’ve also waited 45 mins in the drivethru sandwiched between two cars. Currently on one and a half hours of waiting on a DoorDash order from them.
My dasher has been there for over an hour waiting on our food and door dash won’t let me cancel. I’m not sure if the workers are drugged out or what but that’s the only idea I would have. If your reading this Don’t go here. I ordered at 10:30 and it’s currently 12:03. Absolutely the worst service this place should be closed down

We visited here on a non busy night. We were directed where to order. But after a few minutes, we found that it didn’t work. Went to another spot and still had problems with ordering there. We were told where to order in another spot and finally got through the ordering process. The food was edible but the fries weren’t very hot. Overall, it was just okay.

I ordered two drinks. I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes and still haven’t received them. I pressed the red button to talk with them, the employee said the drinks were ready and about to be sent out. 20 minutes later still no drinks. The employee was on his phone most of the time. Only one employee named Sterling seemed to be the one doing things. Even then there are no other cars and I still haven’t received my drinks. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese toaster and had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. They put sausage on it as well as charged me for it. I took it off and trashed it but I could still taste it on my sandwich but was already halfway to Las Cruces so I couldn’t turn around.
