Incredible!!!!!! Food, atmosphere, amd service, number 1!! The fried pickles and Jalapeños are super amazing. All the food is terrific and I don’t even have words for the banana pie. It is better than the banana pie you can get in the south. We were sooo full, but the lady next to us had one, so we had to get one to try. Best decision ever!! Dont leave this place without trying the banana pie! The restrooms were sparkly clean. We will definitely return here, if we find parking!

Soo delicious! My son said his Burger was one of the bests he’s every had. Dbl beef patty, topped with tender brisket, bacon, grilled onions, & blue cheese butter. He got a side of potatoe salad, which he said was one of the best yes ever had. We don’t live in Livermore, but if we did we’d definitely go back.

We stopped in here on Friday night. Drinks are still very expensive. The food was really good though. I was happy. They were not out of burnt ends at the time that we went. I did not like being charged nine dollars for a side salad, but I guess that’s the cost of groceries now.

Good, but way overpriced bbq. How can you justify $2 for a teaspoon of sour cream and $1.50 for 8 little shavings of cheese? I know food has gotten expensive, but this is opportunistic. Everything else was just as overpriced. It was good, but it’s bbq, not Michelin. $50 per person without alcohol is wild.

Also, the server allowed my daughter to order fried chicken prepared with Carolina Reaper sauce without warning her that it’s essentially inedible to most humans and that pepper is used mostly for “challenge” type foods (i.e. ” no one can eat these hot wings”).

When the server saw her leave the table and run to the restroom, she essentially came over to gloat after she got back and didn’t offer to replace or refund, even though my daughter only ate one bite. She then claimed she had no idea what they used or that it was that hot. That’s either a lie, incompetence, or poor training.

And before you jump to any conclusions, note that my daughter likes spicy foods, and has eaten Serrano, and even Habernero, chilis before and tolerated them. There is also no written warning or note on the menu about this. The spice level is a choice determined verbally by the server asking the patron. There isn’t even a mention of having spice intensity options.

Do better, especially considering that you charge so much.

The food at Sauced BBQ in Livermore was good, though a little on the pricey side. I ordered the Big Sexy sandwich, which was a generous portion and very filling, along with a side of mac and cheese that was really good. Service was friendly, and we went right when they opened, so it wasn’t crowded at all. Overall, a solid BBQ spot.

I was passing through and this place caught my eye. I was able to find parking so I knew it was a sign of good food to come! The first thing I will say it the service was out of this world. I asked my server for a drink and while he was explaining the menu it was brought out to me. I couldn’t believe it. The coleslaw was a very light vinegar based and it was fresh and crunchy. The sweet potatoes tater tots were absolutely amazing. The brisket was super super juicy and tender. The smoke in it was not over powering either. Now in my opinion the start of the show was the burnt ends pork belly! Wooweee!! Those were absolutely marvelous. It was a nice touch to have several different types of bbq sauce. They also had a beer/shot combo that looked great too. I passed on alcohol this time!! All people were very pleasant to be around.

I love Sauced. It’s such a great staple of BBQ in the Bay Area.

Honey is from Texas, and this is the closest place we’ve found to TX BBQ.

We came on a Saturday afternoon before St. Patrick’s Day, so a lot of people were bar crawling. The inside was packed. It was a nice day, so we sat on the patio. A few people had their dogs with them on the patio.

On this trip, we went off script and didn’t order BBQ.

We always get the brussel sprouts. They add pork belly to them, making them super savory with a mild touch of sweetness (chef’s kiss). I love their bumpkins, so I had to get those too.

Since the last time we were here, they updated their menu. They brought back the sweet potato casserole, which Honey loves. They also added the jambalaya, which was good as a side dish but not great. It was a large portion, so I see how they could offer it as a main. Honey said it was on the spicier side, but I didn’t feel it.

Honey had the fried chicken sandwich. She got all the toppings on the side and added some of their BBQ sauce to make it her own. She said the chicken was good, and the flavor combination she created made it even better.

The Big Sexy. This is not for the weak. It was packed with flavors but so delicious. The mac & cheese with pepper jack gives you that gooey cheese sensation, the Nashville chicken was a perfect blend of spice and crunch, and the bacon added a little smoky taste. The slaw cut through some of the savory flavors with a hint of sweetness. OMG, it was good. As soon as it got to the table, I had the server give me a to-go box for half. If I had eaten the whole thing, I would have been in a food coma for the rest of the day.

Overall, Sauced is a great restaurant with something for everyone. I always recommend Sauced to anyone who wants BBQ.

I ended up coming her with my family to try out their meat. I got a brisket with loaded potato and corn bread and a sweet iced tea
I would rate the brisket a good 6/10
My reasons for that is because when it came out it wasn’t very hot it was more on the cold side then warm. I ended up trying it without bbq and it had no kind of flavor or any kind of seasoning. The slices were kind of thin . Only came with a couple of slices.
The loaded potatoes same thing with the seasoning not much . It wasn’t hot either it was barely warm. The cheese on it tasted pretty cheap but over all it was ok 6/10
The corn bread was definitely my least favorite hard from the outside tasted like if it was warmed up from yesterday . But good from the inside 5.5/10
Now my favorite was just the drink ….. the sweet
Iced tea ! Definitely a 10/10
Service was good 5/5
And the atmosphere was also alright 4/5

Food was great. It wasn’t crowded for lunch. The tri-tip sandwich with onions and melted cheese was excellent. My only knock is the prices are a little steep for a sandwich and a side. And parking is a little scarce. Other than that great experience.

Great Food and Lively Atmosphere

I had a great experience at Sauced BBQ in Livermore, CA. The food was of excellent quality—I tried the three-piece dry rub tenders with waffle fries, and they were fantastic! The chicken had a flavorful spicy dry rub that really stood out. The cornbread was also a highlight—moist and delicious.

The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of TVs playing different sporting events, which added to the energy of the place. The bar is impressive, well-stocked, and a great spot to grab a drink.

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but considering how busy it was, it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, Sauced BBQ offers great food, excellent value, and a fun environment. I’ll definitely be back!
