My server, Janet, was wonderful. She paced the food so I wasn’t rushed, and could finish my soup before my entree came out. The pork chops were cooked perfectly and everything was delicious! Definitely recommend! Didn’t think to get a Pic of the pork chops til I was done…sorry! Lol

If you’re looking for a classic, no-frills breakfast spot in New Orleans, Boulevard Diner is a solid choice. It has that old-school American diner vibe — simple, cozy, and welcoming. The menu sticks to the basics: fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, eggs cooked just how you like them, and strong coffee that keeps coming.

The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which makes it a great spot for a casual morning meal. Service is friendly and down-to-earth, the kind where you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.

It’s not fancy or trendy — and that’s exactly the charm. Boulevard Diner delivers classic comfort food done right.

Food is really good. AMAZING CRAB CAKES WITH MASSIVE LUMPS. Large portions, comparable prices and delicious food. Kids eat free on Mondays and ice cream is included with their meal so that’s a nice bonus. Definitely try the crab cakes they are the best around!

Fairly priced, large menu diner option. We tend to eat here once a year around the holidays when visiting the Wise Avenue VFC trains down the street. I was hoping to get the Crazy Bird chicken breast/crab dip entree that I so enjoyed last year, but, alas, no crab dip so the item was not available, which was disappointing. Instead, got classic diner fare of a hot turkey platter. The gravy was a touch on the salty side, but huge portion of gravy-covered turkey and fries over white bread and enjoyed it a lot, along with the side salad and cole slaw that made for a lot of food (dinner the next evening). Son’s salmon dish was on the dry side but okay and other son’s TexMex salad was said to be very good. Folks at a nearby table got a crabcake that looked good (strange they have crabcakes but not crab dip), and perhaps we should’ve tried one of them. Notably also, the server was very good. And after, the train garden was, as usual, great.

Decided to stop today in a Diner we always drive by in Dundalk . Entering we were greeted by Elvis music and a life sized statue of him on a guitar. The manager came over and helped get us seated . We were sat and began our order .( pictures to follow). The kids ordered chicken tenders and fries and two ordered kids hamburgers and fries . I ordered chicken parmigiana off the lite menu and French onion soup . She decided to order grilled chicken , baked potato, broccoli and a salad . One complaint my daughter had as well as a few other people was the tea wasn’t sweet enough to be sweet tea . We had to add sugar to the tea mix to get it right. ( sugar shakers were on the table). The salad and soup came out approximately 2 minutes after we ordered our food . It wasn’t long after the food was delivered . The kids enjoyed their food . Except one burger was actually a bit over cooked . She enjoyed her food but wow there was a lot of it . My chicken parmigiana was good also. The kids meal came with ice cream or chocolate pudding the menu stated but when we asked the waitress about which was better , she stated that the kids meal only came with ice cream . So we pointed that out on the menu. She then got an attitude because the kids wanted chocolate pudding . My pudding was good and the kids enjoyed theirs also . Bathroom was clean . Parking is free and plenty of it . Over all the prices aren’t bad for the amount of food we got . But with the attitude of the waitress at the end was uncalled for . However the manager did apologize for the waitress. We may come back in the future and may not . Depends!

Was told about this restaurant from my fiance who used to live in the area years ago. We were visiting friends and family so we stopped in which was my first time and I can’t say enough about this place but if I could give them 10⭐they deserve it. Food was Excellent. I couldn’t finish my meal and had no room for dessert. Had to take over half my meatloaf (Hot Rod) dinner with me. Service was awesome. Atmosphere was awesome for a 50’s style establishment. The decor was not what I was expecting. They also have mini jukebox’s at the table’s for you to play.

I ordered the hot rod and let me tell you. It’s mashed potatoes on the bottom with 2 slices of meatloaf on top then a hunk of mac and cheese followed by pulled pork covered in brown and white gravy. And it’s outstanding. Service is great and atmosphere is awesome. And if you go for lunch or dinner they do serve alcohol… drop in and try for yourself and let me know your feedback. .

This diner has been a STAPLE in my family since I was like 6 years old. I’m 26 now, and my family and I MUST eat at this establishment at least twice when they visit me in Baltimore.

The peaceful and chill atmosphere is the same as it’s always been and the decor is amazing. I love walking in and seeing all of the same decorations and feeling right at home. All updates made to this diner are amazing of course, but walking in and seeing the giant Betty Boop statue is literally the highlight of most of my visits. It brings a sweet sense of nostalgia.

The food NEVER fails to be incredible and the staff members are so sweet and pleasant and always remember my family and I.

My dad is a huge fan of the shrimp salad. Like. I mean HUGE fan. I have to buy 2 or 3 quarts when I go out of town to see him and they always know who the order is for because he’s obsessed.

Seems small, but the fact that the staff members here intentionally remember who we are and continue to build rapport is a big deal. They even know who I am when I call to place an order.

If I could give the Boulevard a 100 star rating, I would. 10/10 my favorite place to visit in Maryland. You won’t be sorry walking into this well-run establishment.

I hope it’s here forever because I don’t know what I’d do without it!

ALSO- TRY THE SHRIMP SALAD!! IT IS THE BEST YOU WILL EVER FIND!!!
I hate shrimp and I’m actually allergic to it but I will literally use my EpiPen just so I can eat a few bites of the shrimp salad. I’m telling you. Best. Salad. Ever.

Having à Sock Hop for my Mom’s 70th Birthday. I haven’t tasted the food yet, but I hope it’s good. There is a separate room for parties, so that’s great. Very dated wall murals, though. They do add to the vintage ĺook, I guess. All the walls will be covered in draping.
