I started going to this Subway last fall for the convenience since my job is around the corner. The first time I ordered it, my stomach started hurting so bad that I immediately went home after my shift and had to cancel my plans. I wondered why my stomach hurt since this had never happened at another subway, but thought nothing of it. I ate my leftovers the next day and sure enough my stomach hurt again but not as bad as the day before.
Fast forward to a few months ago, I ordered from here again. And guess what? My stomach started hurting AGAIN!
I went recently about a week ago on my break and for the third time my stomach hurt. I started complaining to my coworker about how I was feeling and she agreed that only the Alcoa Rd subway has ever made her feel that way.
I’m starting to believe there is an issue with possible contamination, and I would think I’m the only one who has this issue since I don’t hear anyone else talking about it, but a lot of my coworkers agree that their stomach hurts after eating at this one. I started going to the Hwy 5 subway (although I stopped going there due to roaches flying off of the counter, but to be fair it looks like its cleaner now) and it’s a lot better.
I give two stars for the service because it’s really iffy. On one of my visits, the lady wasn’t very friendly. Sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they hate their job which I don’t blame them.
I hope they can resolve this issue so that I can go there again, but until then I just can’t support this store.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Subway location in Fall River for years and have never experienced issues until my last four visits. Unfortunately, the current staff creates a consistently unwelcoming environment, as reflected in many other reviews I’ve recently come across.

I place my orders online to avoid any miscommunication, yet my instructions are not followed. On multiple occasions, I requested my sandwich to be cut into three pieces, which was ignored. Additionally, the staff has made rude comments about the number of condiments I selected for my order. If there were limitations on the app, Subway would restrict them, so criticizing a customer’s preferences feels both unprofessional and unnecessary.

To make matters worse, when ingredients are unavailable, I am not informed at the time of pick-up, leaving me with incomplete orders. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the product I’ve ordered without judgment or attitude. It’s disappointing to see this location decline in service quality, hiring staff who seem disinterested in providing a positive guest experience.

I truly hope management takes the feedback from the community seriously and works to improve the service at this location.

Went to go get some subway today, and the menu wasn’t working, and so I gave them a quick call (I had sleeping kids in the car) and no one would answer. Never will be back. Turns out workers weren’t even in store.

I ordered a southwest wrap and requested spinach wrap. I came home to this. Looks like an overstuffed burrito and tortilla is definitely not spinach. Y’all need to train your staff. This is disgusting

Every single time I go in this location specifically the lady at the front that asks me what kind of bread and cheese I want and if I want it toasted is a complete pain in the rear. I go in a couple times a week and its always the same two girls up there and the one that cashes me out isnt the worst but the other is completely horrible. She absalutely hates her job and takes it out on the customers. It was me and one other stranger yesterday and she was so rude slamming stuff around that me and the guy just stood there staring at each other laughing. It has been every single time for the last couple of months now and she needs to get her attitude in check especially working in the food business.

Poor service! Placed online order for 3:10pm, entered the store at 3:08pm , waited politely for my order. The two guys at the counter didn’t ask if I was there for an order, talked aloud inappropriately about folks, and weren’t hustling to make the already paid for online orders. Finally at 3:40pm they told me my order was ready, I checked it and my cookie wasn’t in there. The two employees clearly don’t care about proper customer service. I will say that the sandwiches were actually correct, hence the two star instead of one. Won’t be back to that store.

WARNING: if you order from the app at this location it will take your money and then the manager will refuse to make you your food even if you have proof that your ordered it. I am a nice person and have worked fast food before so not once was I rude to her and she was very very rude to me over a SANDWICH!! I do not recommend this place. The employees are extremely nice but the manager with tattoos is not. She is a very rude women and shouldn’t be a manager with the attitude she had. And she refused to apologize for her disgusting behavior.

I ordered a 6 in #4…as employee was cutting a 12 in, I reminded her I only ordered 6 inch. She ask what I wanted on it… I told her items I wanted, and then after 3 small slivers of onion, I ask for a few more. She said “No! That’s all you get, ” I said, put them on the side, and I would pay for them. She again said no. Can’t do that either.
I will not go back! I will definitely go back to FIREHOUSE SUBS!

HORRIBLE management.
It is lunch rush hour and the manager only had one poor sweet lady taking orders and checking out. It took about 30-40 minutes from start to finish for me to get my sandwich.
Obviously the manager was there because she came out to let someone in the very back cut the long line, and the manager went right on to the back room after helping the one person, leaving once again the one lady.
Jamie was the sweet lady handling the lines and she did amazing!!!! If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left a 1 star review. She was so patient and apologized even though it was not her fault at all!
