My husband and I stopped by for dinner this evening and we loved everything about Copeland’s! The upscale atmosphere with fabric tablecloths, the very reasonably priced meals -my husband had the veal while I had the blackened trio dinner, and the very friendly and helpful staff! Our waitress, Shelby, helped us choose the perfect entrees and the bananas foster was to die for! This will definitely be on our list of great dining in a Shreveport!

We enjoyed our evening. Used to have a Copelands at home so it was nice to revisit it in Shreveport. Alex was amazing and so knowledgeable. We definitely felt pampered and taken care of!

Been here twice recently and everything I’ve tried has been soooo good!! The crab and crawfish bake, spinach and artichoke dip, crab cakes, and crawfish fettuccine! Our waiter today was amazing! Very friendly and funny I’m not sure his name but he was an older black man

TARA, makes every dining experience pleasant. I love coming for the food but Tara’s customer service keeps me wanting to return. We ask for her when we come. We are disappointed when she’s not here. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Copeland’s in Shreveport, and our waiter, Alex truly made the entire evening exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu extremely well, made great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount without ever being intrusive.
Our drinks stayed full, our food arrived perfectly timed, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and in making sure guests feel taken care of.
Great service is hard to find these days, and he delivered it effortlessly. This is exactly the level of hospitality you hope for when you go out to enjoy a meal. We will definitely be back—and we hope to have him as our server again!

Just in Shreveport for a couple of nights and decided we wanted to eat somewhere nice that would give us choices for cajun food. We had been to Copelands in Nawlins many years ago and thought this would be the place to try. WOW!!! The food and the service were AMAZING! Sure glad we stopped in. A++ service from Ms Carla. Thanks for making our first trip to a Copeland’s in 35+ years a great time!!!

Copeland’s was once in Houston, but was not there very long. I heard it was good and a popular place to the Louisiana natives. We tried it for brunch. There were some bright spots in our visit.
Parking is plentiful, seating was immediate, and the server was gracious.
Items that were good: Gumbo and the waffles. The other good items were good too but not blown away. Most items were not hot, and had to be sent back. I do not prefer luke warm food at all.
Bottomless Mimosas are a plus.
It’s cool to try, but I am not sure if I would spend the money it costs for slightly cold food etc.

We were seated and waited an hour on food. When we finally received our food, my catfish wasn’t cooked. The baked potato wasn’t soft. Manager came to apologize and didn’t offer any type of compensation, just to order something else.
