I can’t say enough this is hands down the best burger spot around!!! The seasoning is always on point! The staff here is phenomenally polite, they are so well mannered to customers!!! I wish my wide would let me have this place 3 times a day! REMEMBER ITS BETTER TO ORDER 2 INSTEAD OF 1 ITS THAT GOOD!!!

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. The young girl “Mari” who took our order was rude from the moment of taking our order. She gave me a price that was different than the price calculated online and when I asked her what the difference was she said and I quote- “Man what? What is you talking about? Is you serious right now? It’s a .10 difference. You mad about .10?!” And then proceeds to laugh in my face. I wish I was making this up. To add insult to injury- I see her close the window and begin talking about me to her coworkers and what appeared to be her manager. Very unprofessional establishment. Avoid this place like the plague. I don’t know why places hire people who represent their place of business in this manner. I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated and the manager did nothing to correct this employees behavior and from where I was sitting appeared to engage in it.

The young lady who took my order got it wrong, but the young man who brought it to my table apologetically offered to make it right. I was in a hurry, so I told him I would accept the incorrect order, which was also delicious. The shoestring fries are always perfect and the burgers are made to order, so everything is fresh! This restaurant was clean and well-staffed with very polite workers. I’ll be coming back!

Service is usually slow anyway. But today I had the amazing experience of waiting over 15 minutes for the drive thru attendant to even offer to take my order- which he only did after I asked if I should go somewhere else. “I can take your order, I guess… unless you do want to go somewhere else.” We chose to somewhere else. If you’re that short staffed, close.

This location is horrible, I ordered a Freddy’s Original Double through DoorDash since I was very hungry and get off late night so I ordered before y’all close. I got a few bites in til I realized my Sandwich was PINK! I never had a problem with this location the food is usually always hot and NEVER pink like what I experienced, that’s ridiculous and i’m disgusted. I won’t be back to this location.

Freddy’s became one of my favorite burger places since I moved to SC. All the ingredients were put together very well, not to mention how nicely seasoned they were. The fries tasted extra nice with their frozen custard and I’d definitely keep going back for more.

Recently went back and ordered a burger with fries. The burger was VERY thin and crispy around the edges. You can choose from 1-3 patties. The fries were plentiful but I thinner than I’ve ever seen – crispy too. A “single” was like eatting lettuce and tomatoes on a soft bun with some crunchy bits. Thankfully everything was fresh and fries were served warm. Service was excellent and the place was very clean.
Next time I’ll stick with ice cream.

We usually have a great experience here but tonight they forgot one of the fries, gave us unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea and basically ripped apart (looks like by hand) the patty melt and shoved it in the container to fit. Manager Kody offered to replace it when called. Not sure if we will go back to get it replaced but it was Appreciated. Hopefully it’s better next time.
