The food was excellent, and the habanero-lime steak and everything I ordered tasted very fresh. The team members are very friendly and attentive, but sometimes they can be rushed; but it’s all good. Overall, this location is fantastic.

I went through the drive thru, when I got home, the order was wrong, I asked for 2 scoops of Rice, there wasn’t any rice. When I returned, it was remade, but I asked for discount or something for the trouble of my time and gas. The manager said, we remade it but will not offer any further discounts. I asked for a refund, and she gave the refund, then promptly tossed both bowls in the trash right in front me for show. I thought that was incredibly rude. If it’s Qdoba’s policy to not discount for their error and doesn’t care about your customers time and money for gas. Then Hannah, the manager on shift at this location, was just following policy. However, making show and tossing both bowls in the trash right in front me was a bit much. Customer Service starts at the Management level and down, so it’s no surprise this location has such a low rating when Manager’s act like this.

I love the fast and friendly service. They have a drive-through and they serve very quickly through that. Also, the location is very clean and kept in neat order. This is always my go to restaurant Because it is very fresh and the portion are extremely large. Good deal for the money. Highly recommend.

My family and I have eaten inside a half dozen times (drive thru probably another 10 times) and both the food quality and service are always excellent. The people working there are always what I would call “chill friendly” – not too in your face, but just generally very pleasant people. It’s impressive how consistent this location has been in all regards.

Highly recommend coming for breakfast burritos. So yummy for the price.
I tried the taco shell bowl and it tasted like the oil was old and was really stale. Wouldn’t ever order again. I’ll stick to just breakfast here.
Edit: lowered my review as the restaurant is so dirty. First think in the morning and floors weren’t swept, counters not wiped (leftover queso and tea on it, pee on toilets in bathroom etc. Definitely needs some work when it comes to cleanliness

I’ve dealt with my fair share of weaponized incompetence in my life but this one took the cake. Let’s start by the fact everyone else was greeted walking in. Not me.
Moving onto expecting me to just guess he was ready bc idk, for $10 for a MINI bowl of rice, beans, and salsa I’d think you’d know at least how may I help you comes with the job.
I ATTEMPTED to order 2 mini bowls. One with brown rice and the other with both. Guess how many times I requested it before he got it right?? I said it at least 5 times. He even started over and continued to waste y’all’s food and money. If you guess he never did get it right you win. Too bad I wasn’t shopping this order.
F for everything.

Stopped in on 11.6.23 around 7:30 pm. Went to the drive through had great customer service. My order was incorrect so I called the store spoke with a lady that told me to come back for replacement. Well when I got there I was greeted by an African American lady she was annoyed and asked if I brought the food back with me. I told her the other lady literally just me to come back less than 10 minutes ago. She made my burritos angry and barely wrapped. She through it in the bag and said sorry with no compassion at all.

I just left Qdoba spending about $12 for lunch on the worst quesadilla! It’s so soggy and soupy like eating soupy bread! My husband and I were just there on April 26 and I had a chicken quesadilla and it was sooo good and the tortilla was toasted perfectly, that I’ve been wanting one since then. However, this time the lady who made it did a terrible job! I told her I wanted a chicken quesadilla, she asked what did I want on it, and I said cheese, she proceeded to immediately go and pour queso all over it. Yes , queso is cheese, but typically if you want queso, you say, “queso.” I wanted shredded cheese, but since she had already poured it all over the top of my Chicken I just told her it was fine, but I was wrong, it’s not fine. It’s terrible. All I wanted on it was shredded cheese and pico. She was stingy with the chicken and then when I saw her take it off of the quesadilla grill some of the chicken had dropped off, and she pushed it down into the grill tray. I’m sorry, but she was already stingy with the chicken so I wanted all the chicken that I paid for that dropped off. As soon as I got home, I went to eat it and it is like wet soggy dough. I’m so disappointed. There’s nothing like having something that is really good and going back to get it again and it’s the total opposite, terrible! The other thing is that she was in such a hurry to fix my quesadilla she was picking up the spoon for different ingredients like she was going to add them on there. You would’ve thought there was someone behind me, but there wasn’t or that it was her quesadilla and not mine. I gave two stars because the quesadilla I had the week before was really good. I’m so annoyed.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bowl, but they made it without my rice. Hannah was super friendly and let me come back and re order the bowl for free. I give the exact same order and say add rice please. I got the wrong cheese and toppings on my 2nd bowl . Food was great and staff was super friendly, but I couldnt get what I ordered after trying twice.

You’ll have to ask for toppings 3x to actually be like a portion size. They’re turning into chipotle with how they portion the food. Half scoop of rice and beans and all the other toppings too. I had to ask for “extra”. Wish I would’ve asked if it’s coming out of their paychecks.. was hoping to split this up like I use too but I guess not. If you are looking to be disappointed then come here! 🙂
