Truly had the best time. We had 25+ people that we hosted here. The food was fast and delicious, but we weren’t expected the entertaining atmosphere. Wow, this place is a vibe! Stopped by with 9 people & staff welcomed us like family . Chicken strips & fries were killer, tho I missed BBQ sauce. Texas manager had the crew cheering—so fun! Small space & tough parking , but amazing service & food. 2nd visit just as great! 9/10, we’ll be back!

We got tender meals all the food was piping hot and super fresh and customer service was top notch. The young lady kept checking on us and gave my grandson a brand new Santa hat with canes logo. Fast great service. Omg the food so good too. Went there all the way from harrisonburg and came back home but weel worth the trip and beautiful scenery on the way there over the mountain. We love going here as there aren’t any at home but the parking situation was so stupid that I won’t go to this location again. One side entrance and the other exit, cool, except the drive through exit is on the entrance side and human beings think that if you are in a parking lot that lanes are a suggestion and would pull out in the middle, and there was a decent amount of traffic there too.
So I’ll support the chain but not this location. Food was good as always though

We stopped in this restaurant on our way home last night and was welcomed from the first employee we saw! Then the staff at the counter was exceptional and took great care of our party of 9 like it was nothing, the food was good too! The traveling manager from Texas was awesome and had the whole crew cheering for us and we cheered them on as well. Fun atmosphere and wonderful staff! Thanks for the amazing time in your restaurant!

This place is amazing. I absolutely love the chicken here. I just wish they had barbecue sauce as well as their house sauce. The french fries are really good as well. The only complaint I have about this location is it is too small considering how popular the restaurant is and getting in and out of the parking lot as a royal pain.

Chicken is so dry if it’s even chicken. Breading more than anything. Basically fried chicken feet at this point. 30 dollars per person for a half assed meal? It’s crazy. I miss the old canes from 2015 where they gave us GOOD food and worth the money. Not this skimpy portion. It’s giving school lunch. No thank you. Do NOT go here.

Impossible to find parking but worth it for the food. Depending on what tome of day it is; there are a few front of the house staff thay are very unenthusiastic (which I can understand but it is off putting). Over all it is good food and I would go back for the caniac combo!

Canes! What are we doing! Dry lukewarm chicken and squishy not so crunchy fries that also was lukewarm! This is not like I’m used to with this location, it’s usually hot juicy chicken fingers and crispy hot fries with just enough salt. Sadly this is too much to pay for sub par chicken and fries. Kitchen needs to do better or manager needs to make sure food is FRESH and HOT! We can do better right?
