As a vegetarian, it’s hard to eat fast food. Popeye’s at least has something other than salads! The mac & cheese and beans weren’t bad at all. My friend got a whole box of chicken and loved it. Also, the strawberry lemonade slush was really yummy! This particular location had great service.

I really like Popeyes chicken. Their biscuits are so good, as are their fries. It is a bit on the more expensive side, and that’s okay with me. There were two things that I didn’t find very impressive. The first was that they asked that I order on their computetized kiosk – not a fan. I rather prefer face to face interaction. The second was that I didn’t order any sauce when using said kiosk and when I went to the counter to ask for some, I was told I’d have to pay $.25 … what? This fast food already cost me near $30.00 for two meals, and you can’t toss in a couple free sauces?? Hmmmm …

We ordered about $50 worth the food. Once we got to the window, we paid, and then we’re given our drinks. After we were given our drinks, we were informed they needed to wait on chicken to cook, and were asked to pull around and park. I stated that we don’t participate in that program and would be happy to sit and wait, in the drive through (no one was in line behind us), as its supposed to be “first come, first served”. The employee then went and got the “manager”, who again explained about the wait, and again I stated I don’t participate in that pull around and park program (its so that they can keep their drive through timers low and upper level managers get bonus for metric and KPI alignments). The manager “Samantha”, then told me if I didn’t pull around and wait for my food they’d call the cops on me. Really!?! I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. For that price… the customer service should be better, focusing on serving your customers well, and in a timely fashion. That amount of money equals a sit down dinner… not fast food with attitude. POOR FORM!!!

I went through the drive through and experienced the best customer service. Happy and helpful workers, timely, and focused on customer engagement. Geia was running the front counter and was very knowledgeable about the menu, helped save my family money by selecting a special combo for great value, and the food was hot and delicious! I highly recommend this Popeyes!!!

Took my kids here with my future son-in-law who had never tried Popeyes. We all told him how good it would be. Sadly, the food was not like the other ones we had been to. The fried chicken tasted oily as though the oil was old and/or it hadnt been shaken off after frying. The sandwich did not have enough sauce and was dry. The strips were the same oily taste as well. The fries did not seem fresh. He was not impressed and i felt bad for giving him a bad first experience. The staff were attentive though they did not offer us our drink cups while we waited for our food. All the tables seemed clean as well as the seats.

Paid 20.48 for my 3 piece chicken strip meal and an extra large side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Made half way through my mashed potatoes and gravy and ran out of gravy. Asked manager for a small amount of gravy to finish my mashed potatoes. Was told they would have to charge me more money for that. I just wanted to finish the food I had already bought and paid for. Manager was rude. Customer service sucks I will never come back to this location ever again. I have run out of gravy before at other locations and the customer service there has always been great and I have felt like they have always given me value for my purchase. This store is horrible.

Seldom do I give negative review being a restaurant owner and I know how a negative review impacts a restaurant, but the last 1/22/26 evening i ordered chicken together and with my order i added 3 wild honey mustard, 3 blackened ranch and 2 buttetmilk ranch. I paid $2 in total for the sauces but it was not put in the bag and never received it. Additionally the chicken seems to have been previously cooked since it was so dry. I dont live close to them to drive back and get $2 worth of item. The ticket clearly shows it. It seems that there is no quality check.
