I came at 2pm on a Saturday which was perfect since it was just me and two other customers there! Love the efficiency, we all got our stuff so fast. My Oreo shake was delicious, and thank you to the kind employees working there this afternoon on 3/7! 🙂

First time to ANY Cook Out location. The food I had was absolutely amazing!

My only complaint is that there isn’t, at a minimum, outdoor seating for guests. I’m not a fan of eating in a car.

I keep saying I give up and will not return but I keep giving them another chance to mess up my order. I order an out west style burger tray no cheese. Below is what I got. I kept wondering why it tasted different. When you call, no one ever answers because they know you called to complain. Customer service is always a 5 star. It’s just the cooks in the kitchen. I am done. No more chances.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Cook Out. My car is very low, so I couldn’t make it through the drive-through. I walked up to the window to place my order and was told it was “drive-through only,” which is confusing because most of the time they don’t enforce that and have served me before.

What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. One of the employees yelled out that I didn’t even have a car and started making disrespectful comments. The tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I was just trying to get food, not be embarrassed or talked down to.

Customer service should be respectful, even when there are rules to follow. This experience really left a bad impression and made me not want to return to this location.

I’m not gonna lie—I’m sick of this location. I’ve given it multiple chances, but more often than not, I barely get what I ordered. I always ask for a Big Double Burger Tray with both sides being white cheddar cheese bites and a Sprite—the same order every time. Yet somehow, they never give me the correct amount of cheese bites. Does this look like two sides to anyone?

I normally don’t leave reviews, no matter the experience, but this time I had to say something. When I brought it up, the employee just said, “I put 3 more in there. Have a nice day,” and shut the window. That’s just lazy. Lazy service and lazy management for letting this happen repeatedly. I can’t be the only one dealing with this.

I’ve managed many restaurants before – I get it we are all short staffed but to be treated like an inconvenience because I’m ordering at 2:20am – I just got off work. None the less I pulled in the second lane and was told to move to the main lane bc of staffing issues – I totally understand especially this late. Waited patiently in line to be rudely greeted “welcome to cook out” – “what do you want” proceeded to order and when I get to the window hand over my card and say thank you – ignored and pushed my drink towards me again thank them and handed my card back – gets handed a bag – no acknowledgment of anything. Completely unacceptable in my eyes from my experience. I love this cook out and me and my family grab quick food from here often that may change moving forward.

I don’t usually go inside at Cookout. The drive-thru moves quickly and the food is always good and fresh. That’s been the same at any location I’ve visited.

Generally, I really like cookout so I’m not trashing their ratings, but it wasn’t a huge fan of getting interrogated over corn dog tonight. I placed an order for two trays and three a la carte items. I always check my order before I leave and sure enough was missing one of the sides from the trays. I walked back up to the window to get the missing corn dog and he made me walk back to my car to get the receipt even though I was literally just at his window. He was stating that it’s possible that the person at the speaker just didn’t hear it but last time I checked all trays come with two sides so even if they didn’t hear it, they were still missing some sort of item. I showed him the receipt with the corn dog clearly on it as part of the trau and he continued to help the drive-thru line in between this entire interaction. So it took about 5 minutes to get a resolution that should have only taken one. Next time this can be solved by having the person running the speaker repeat the order back and having the window person check the order before handing it out. Neither one of those things happened and I feel like I got penalized for it.
