Cheerleading competition and this place was packed. They ran the orders pretty smoothly, but the manager at the register was shouting orders at the young staff and never smiled so neither did they. Staff otherwise was very friendly, but when SHE acted like she was overwhelmed, guess what? So did the rest of her staff. Food? Excellent! And for $11 I had a lot of food and you can’t feed a family of 4 under $40 hardly anymore.

I will definitely not be eating here again. After visiting Ohio to see a friend we ordered from here and got home and almost 6 dollars worth of our food wasn’t in our bag. I tried contacting the store for two hours and nobody answered. I finally got a hold of the corporation and they were supposed to send me coupons in the mail. I did receive an envelope that was empty, so I contacted them again. They were supposed to send me coupons and this has been two months already and I still haven’t received anything. Of the restaurant didn’t make it right and put it in the bag. The corporation should have. I will never visit raising Cane‘s in Findlay, Ohio again.

When the teenagers run the window they’re so unprofessional and rude. Will forget your food, sauce or even give you the wrong size drink. When asked to fix it they will pout and argue. Not sure how you can mess up an order when the menu is so tiny.

I was honestly excited to try it for the first time and was majorly disappointed. I got the 3 tender meal and when I tell you I opened the box and was sad. I got maybe 10 fries that weren’t even solid, they felt mushy as of they were just microwaved. Some parts of my tenders didn’t even have breading and the breading wasn’t very hard either, the toast was probably the best tasting thing.

I like Raising Cane’s and have been to many of their restaurants. My chicken and fries were not quite fried long enough compared to other locations. This is a new location, and they will get it worked out. Service was friendly and helpful. I’ll be back.

Absolutely fantastic experience thanks to the amazing manager, Autumn! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely kind presence that made the whole visit feel extra special. Her positive energy and professional attitude created a welcoming atmosphere that really stood out. Autumn clearly cares about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction. Food was good too. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back!
