This isn’t the first time my order was incorrect, missing condiments, rude service, waiting in the reserved parking spot constantly even when there are no cars behind me. Asking for ice water and outright telling me no! That I would have to pay. I always order through the app, so my food is always paid for upfront. I’m not going to go back into my wallet to pay for a small ice water. I have complained before through the customer service app but never written a Google review but I think it’s about time. My kids and I call this this location the ….crap McDonald’s and always know any of the above listed issues will most likely happen.

Today did not disappoint. The family wanted McDonald’s for breakfast so I ordered through the app like I always do. I waited a little bit before heading over since I live really close by. My daughter and I got into the car , went through the drive thru, gave my mobile app order number and, got my receipt from the first window, service was friendly, nice to the second window, no cars in front of me, no cars behind me.

I ordered my food on my phone at a little bit before 10am . We are asked if we can park in the reserved parking because our food isn’t ready yet. (No surprise, we are used to being asked to wait) I park in spot 1 , another car parks in spot 2. We wait and wait. While we are waiting, I notice people going inside to pick up 3rd party orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats) one guy walks out with 1 bag, next girl walks out with 2 bags, another person 1 bag.

While here we sit and wait: We waited approximately 7 minutes but I wasn’t really watching the time. It felt long. Our order is finally brought out. My daughter and I drive home. We are unpacking the bags….part of the order was 3 orders of pancakes…guess what is not in the bag? Syrup. Not 1 container of syrup. There were 3 packs of the tiny butters and 1 knife. I’m upset.

Why would you make us wait so long in the reserved parking spot and not triple check that you are bringing the complete order out with the correct condiments????? Especially when there are pancakes? I call the store and tell the person on the phone what happened and wait for it…..I’m asked if I’m still there at the location? No, typically when people go through the drive thru and are then made to wait in a separate parking spot, drive away which is why it’s called fast food.

I say….no…I’m at home. But I live close by, can I come get the syrup because my kids are not going to eat dry pancakes and I don’t happen to have any of my own syrup which was one of the whole reasons we were getting breakfast out.

I go back through the drive thru explained why I was there and told to go to the second window, where the girl hands me 1 syrup and 1 knife. She said…you were missing condiments, correct? I said yes, for 3 orders of pancakes. She closed the window and then. I’m handed a small brown bag.

I drove back home to my breakfast and coffee which is now ice cold. Take everything out of the bag and bonus I was given 3 packs of grape jelly, salt and pepper, along with 4 syrups (I added the one she handed me)

No apology, nothing for my inconvenience, $36 worth of food ordered and I had to reheat everyone’s breakfast because I had to drive back for condiments that they had plenty of time to make sure were in the bag.

Maybe it’s the management? Understaffed? Unorganized ? Idk? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, so I know how busy and overwhelmed it can be but I always had many more happy customers and very few unhappy customers. I always made sure to make it up to them, if service or quality fell short.

If you can’t handle the orders coming in through the app , 3rd party orders and customers that are coming in and using the drive thru, then there is something seriously wrong and it needs to be fixed. From the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one this has happened to.

If you don’t have a lot of time, or extra time to go through your bag before you drive away, I don’t recommend this location

I never leave reviews but this McDonald’s has me needing to. I ordered a medium fries and received a small amount. I might as well have ordered a small just to safe the extra money. And yes I looked, there was none that fell out in the bag I was just shorted. The staff was rude and handed me my straw then stepped in front of me and CUT ME OFF just to step out. I work close to this McDonald’s, but likely will not be coming back.

Coming back to edit this review because I am DISGUSTED. I bit into one of the fries and tasted like MOLD so bad I had to spit it out. I am starting to believe they gave me the last of an old gross batch. DO NOT COME HERE.

Went to McDonald’s today, asked for 2 Mayo packets, they only put 1 on the screen and told me to ask for 2 at the window. Paid the girl was kind of rude when doing my payment. Went to the second window, and told me to park, politely asked how long it would take as I didn’t want to wait 10 minutes. And then boom order was ready, asked for another mayo packet and manager yelled NO YOU ONLY GET 1, I said I asked for two she yelled again no 1! Guy in drive thru said sorry mama I’ll give you two and put a mustard packet in the bag. Good game dude. But still it’s free and I asked, your window even says request condiments at window! Now I can’t even finish my fries cause there isn’t enough mayo!

I was taking my friend to his first day of work nearby, and we thought we had plenty of time. After placing our order and waiting out front for the order, we saw that it was starting to get close on time. I went inside and was immediately asked by a very friendly gentleman named Bernie if he could help with anything. I explained the situation. He immediately ascertained how soon our order would be ready, asked the line crew to spring it on the fly when it was, and in the very short interval until that moment, got me a free coffee (for the food taking a little while- for understandable, quality-assurance reasons he explained to me). Because of this exceptional McDonald’s employee I got my friend to his first day of work exactly on time. Many thanks indeed!

I got 0 chicken nuggets in my chicken nugget box and instead opened it to find nothing but big Mac sauce in it. Mind you I just spent my lunch break from work driving there for food, just to return to work to find sauce in my box instead. What is that supposed to do for me?

McDonald’s is always dependable. There’s no doubt there. Prices are consistent and the quality is reliable. What stood out about this particular visit was how FAST everything was ready. Even during evening dinner time, by time I had paid for the food, the next window already had my order out the window and waiting for me. I don’t think I’ve ever. Had quicker service at a McDonald’s before.

Went to this locations drive-thru for lunch and we ordered a Quarter Pounder, Chicken Nuggets w/BBQ sauce, fries and a McChicken sandwich. We we got back to work and my McChicken sandwich had NOTHING on it. It had 2 buns, chicken patty and 2 pickles. There was no mayo or lettuce. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has been a disappointment. I wanted to go to Wendy’s but the others wanted McDonalds. Next time I’m picking. Will NOT be back to this location again.
