I got a double quarter pounder with cheese with extra cheese. One they never have it ready so I had to wait, which is normal. Then I received it and I double checked it and the guy that brought it out to me stood there and argued with me and said this is how it’s supposed to look like. Remind you, I’m 34 and I’ve been eating McDonald’s for longer than I should have. Their food is trash nowadays, there french fries taste like caca and the prices are just ridiculous. Anyways, I opened my sandwich to find nothing on it. I told the gentleman that this is in how supposed to look and he swore up and down that is how it’s supposed. He did wanted to take it back inside to throw it away instead of just giving me more pickles and onions. I decided to keep it because I hate wasting food. I don’t know what’s happened to fast food, but nothing about it is fast anymore and customer “circus” sucks.

Again, their service is terrible! I had the same issues with a month ago, but thought I’d try again! Bad decision!
Ordered breakfast through the app, to be picked up in the drive through. Was given my coffee right away and the person said that they were waiting on the english muffins. Don’t know what that meant, but waited a couple minutes, for them to tell me to drive around and they’ll bring out my order (2 of the $5 Egg and sausage McMuffins, hash browns and coffee deal)
So I parked and waited at least 5 minutes before my order was brought out to me. (While waiting, 4 cars that were behind me in line, left with their orders!)
Finally a person, dressed in black, who is assumed was some type of manager or team lead, came out with my order. Didn’t offer any explanation or “sorry for the delay”! When I asked why I had to wait, she said they were waiting on the eggs. When I told her I was told that it was the muffins that was the delay, the person appeared to be annoyed that I told her that, didn’t say anything, turned around and went back into the restaurant. I also told her that their customer service was terrible, but she didn’t even turn around or acknowledge me!
My advice to anyone ordering any food from them, realize that your order will probably be delayed, with a person who could care less about whether it’s delayed or not!
Definitely won’t be back to this location and if you’re in a hurry to order from this “fast food” place, do not go here, unless you like terrible customer service!

Joy was very helpful with the menu and extremely kind. I don’t usually do fast food, but we had the grand kids with us and they wanted happy meals. One of the better McDonald’s for sure

Haven’t been to McDonald’s in 2 years and let me tell you I’ll never come back again. The price and quality of the food now is a shame. $5.50 for a filet-O-fish with a 1/4 slice of cheese is a complete joke. You lost a customer!

Went late night yesterday and it was the best mc Donald’s burger I’ve ever had. It was incredibly fresh and hot! I did not know McDonald’s could taste this good. Awesome night grub. Good job late night staff!

Worse McDonald’s ever been to. Very rude, wouldn’t let me finish talking and made me pull around to wait for orders. Waiting awhile as the manager I saw outside smoking. Line for pick waiting order was way to long and took over 5 minutes. Multiple cars pulled up behind me creating a longer line while others waited for order. Never coming here again worse McDonald’s experience ever had.

Placed a mobile order for just a spicy mcchicken no lettuce and a small fry. I waited probably 2 minutes for them to even take my code. Which is fine. However there were probably 3 cars who had their order taken before me in the other lane. They usually rotate. And when I got to the windows, probably took 5 minutes to wait and they told me to wait for my food and park which is also fine. However, there were 5 cars parked as well waiting for their food as well. I work fast food and I understand it gets busy but this was probably the worst managed location ever.

Went through drive thru, Got home and took a bite to find the burger is raw and some liquid soaked into the bun, got one other burger that was cooked but messed up the rest of the order, but this is absolutely disgusting. How do you even undercook it, everything is on a timer!

Of If I could give this one star I would. Girl manager (heavy set girl) was very rude. When I expressed my concerns to her about the staff not showing good customer service and getting upset when THEY didn’t pay attention, she said “well you can just go to another McDonalds then”.
