I visited this location tonight around 9:30 PM and placed an online order. I had my dog with me and wanted to order a pup cup, which I regularly get at this location during daytime visits without any issues. Since there isn’t an option to add a pup cup when ordering online, I usually request it when my food is brought out, and it has never been a problem before.
As I pulled forward to the sign (as instructed to keep the line moving), an employee walked out without checking for oncoming cars, and I had to brake suddenly to avoid hitting him. I immediately apologized out of courtesy, but he didn’t respond and instead rolled his eyes at me, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
When my food was delivered, I asked the employee bringing it out if I could purchase a pup cup. She told me I had to order it online, even though there is no online option available. I asked if I could simply pay using Apple Pay, but she said I would need to go back through the drive-thru line to order it.
I went back through the line for what is only a $0.25 pup cup because my dog genuinely enjoys coming here and looks forward to it. Instead of the employees assisting me again, a manager was sent out to hand me the pup cup. The interaction overall felt awkward and far from the friendly “my pleasure” service Chick-fil-A is known for.
I’ve always had exceptional experiences at this location during the daytime, but unfortunately tonight’s service was disappointing. I won’t be visiting this location at night again.

We placed a delivery order and unfortunately only received the side dish and the promotional brownie — the actual entrée meal was missing entirely.
I immediately called the store to resolve the issue. The employee I spoke with acknowledged my concern and said he would contact the driver, but then the guy hung up during the call. I requested a refund because at this point we don’t have time to wait at home for another delivery.
This was extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-through and customer care was frustrating. I would appreciate someone from corporate or store management reaching out to me to address this situation.

Sandwich, nuggets, mac & cheese, and lemonade were great. There was a pathetic amount of fried however. This was a small fries put into a large container. The fact that not one fry is peaking out from the top is absurd. If I pay for a large fry, give me a large fry. Can’t go above 2 Stars based soley on the store cheating me out of money.

Beware of new staff, I got food poisoning yesterday. I normally make my own breakfast but my neighborhood had a power outage. So I changed it up and got breakfast here. I noticed that the original staff I had seen in the past was no where to be seen. 2 hours later I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. I will not be going here anymore for breakfast.

08/19/25: On a busy day , it was good to see the entire management team working. I love coming here, it is a good experience. Yes the food is delicious, but the service and atmosphere why would all copies just strive for: excellent customer service quality product and of course inviting atmosphere. Overall , a hard package to beat.
07/22/25: Fast courteous service, delicious food, and a super clean restaurant…. plus the staff is always willing to go “the extra” effort to exceed our expectations. We ordered normally. The chicken is almost good. However the Kale Salad was delicious, moist, and super tasty. We love, love, love this greenery!
01/28/25: we want to fast light dinner. We came here. And we are always greeted with a smile serve quickly with delicious food. Thank you Chick-fil-A team!!!

They have the best managers here! My wife had a misconception. It was straightened out. We are now extremely happy. We love eating here.
1/3/22: went to new location on their first day of operation. The staff was fantastic. Of course the food was amazing. Especially love seeing the big cow. Thank you for an excellent experience!!! 7-18-22: we had a nice meal again! We love the Kale salad…….older post: Excellent when serving 88! Thank you for being a great community partner. At Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford of Carrollton, our employees love their CFA mlm lunches.

The food is always high CFA quality. Have been a number of times and the food is always good. But my party had asked if they made any cookies recently that were hot. When the cashier was eager to check, the manager( I presume) stepped in and said “we only make them to order” so we left feeling awkward.

New location just down the road from the old one. Clean, plenty of parking, and ample sized dining area. The drive through lanes go around the back so they don’t interfere with the dine in and pick up traffic. I dined inside and ordered from the app. My order arrived hot and correct. There were multiple staff members refilling drinks and working the floor. Excellent location here!

5 stars every time I visit. Food always tastes great, consistency is 5 stars. Workers both inside cafe and drive thru. Orders are always accurate and timing of getting food after ordering is always fast and in timely manner.
