We stopped for dinner traveling to Florida from Arizona. We had our German Shepherd service dog with us. They made us feel like royalty and gave us such great service and the food was amazing. Thank you to the manager and to all the staff that made us enjoy a wonderful dinner and feel very welcomed.

We took a Charter bus trip to Houston from Beaumont and on our return, stopped here to eat. Both female managers were so attentive and friendly. All of the wait staff that attended to our group were awesome. Our personal waitress Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, especially since my husband was the driver. She got his order and got him fed so he could continue to care for our passengers.
If you have a large group, consider this as a stop. Just be patient and kind because they really do try their best to be the BEST!

We placed a large to go order on the Outback app, we were upset at first because my wife only wanted the chocolate tower and they gave us a carrot cake. I called the restaurant and Lena the manager on duty immediately took action. Very impressed and will be happy to place another to go order again.

Michelle was our waitress and she was awesome!
Food was delicious, hot, and on time. The prime rib (pictured) was cooked medium, tender and full of flavor. The shrimp was very good. I wish there would have been more of them!!
The fries, rice, veggies and sweet potates were good as always.
The dessert (Chocolate Thunder from Down Under) was AMAZING!!
Overall, it was a great dinner with my husband on our Anniversary.

It’s an Outback! It was busy and understaffed, but everyone was very nice and accommodating. My friend and I were seated faster than they said.
Our server was absolutely lovely. She and kitchen had no problem with a late(r) night coffee and dessert with requested strawberries. I really appreciated that, as well as the good humor all around.
While there, someone had a birthday and a man with an incredible singing voice came out and did a solo. Actually was a treat listening to him sing!

We used to come here for the lunch sometimes. We’ve tried to come here for happy hour with friends but they don’t have a good one, no food specials or anything. We came here for New Year’s Eve and they had flood lights on, so bright it gave me a headache. The kitchen staff were playing Mexican music so loud I thought I was in a Mexican restaurant. The bar is so dirty and gross, the bar staff had plenty of time to clean on it but didn’t bother. Our food was over cooked.

I wish I could remember our servers name but we had the most incredible service here the other day. My steak was slightly overcooked, so of course they offered to re-make it. The manager came to our table, deeply apologized, and my entire meal was re-made and taken off of our check. The service was incredible, food was even better, and manager was so kind. Hats off to whoever is running this location, your management staff and serving staff is impeccable.

wouldn’t recommend ordering online not much care for the food ps i had to add all that on my salad for it to be good, ordered an 11oz steak that isn’t it at all and bake potato came without nothing even after i put things on their won’t eat here again saltgrass or roadhouse from now on
