I just left this location and would not recommend it! I went inside to pick up a mobile order as the drive thru was very busy. The girl on the front counter was extremely rude to ALL the customers that came while I was waiting. When it was my turn, she didn’t break character! She threw my cookies, then tried to short me after having to replace the ones that fell in the process. When I spoke to the manger, the manager says that this is “just how the girl comes off”. Like that was a justification for this employee to be unprofessional and downright rude! But I suppose this is to be expected from a manager that was in fact herself unprofessional in her handling of the situation. After getting home my did was poorly made and Luke warm at best. Moral of the story… go to another location. There are too many options of the same exact restaurant to have to deal with rude staff and subpar products given!

3:45 p.m. on 1/23/26 The gentleman who took my money was very friendly and had great customer service skills. The girl at the pick up window had a mouthful of food, opened the window and kind of flung the sack out the window and never said a word while I thought they heard me order a small Dr.Pepper (which i guess it didn’t get ordered) when I asked about it the girl still with a mouthful of food rudely would not open the window in order for me to ask even after I beeped my horn. Finally she opened the window I asked and she was super rude with a no. I will drive across town before I go back to this store.

Every time I come to this location with night shift it’s the same thing over and over. They do not listen to the order and by the time you get your food and tell them something is missing they swear you never ordered it and would much rather argue about it instead of taking the payment and rectifying the issue.. then when I was speaking with a manager about it she literally walked away from me while I was talking and never returned. Highly don’t recommend go to the one on Rancier instead it’s not worth the headache

I write a fair amount of fast food reviews, so it takes more than hot fries and fast service to make me pause. But today, Precious gave me a reason to write something special.

Despite the lunch rush, she took the time to actually check on the Happy Meal toys when I had a few questions for our son. No brush-off. No “I think so.” She went, checked, and came back with answers—real ones. That level of care at a McDonald’s? Rare.

It’s not just about the toy—it’s the fact that someone took the time to get it right, even when the pace was hectic. That kind of customer service doesn’t just stand out—it deserves to be recognized.

Precious, thank you for making this visit one worth remembering. You turned a simple stop into something personal.

Order my food ahead through the app at 10:17am, checked in at 10:21. 20 minutes later I finally get my food after going inside and asking them about it. Took well over a minute for me to even get an employees attention and if I had not getting their attention, they would have continued to ignore me. They told me they had to put more food on the grill. I know it’s a holiday and they are busy, but if they can service the drive through line in a timely manner, they should service all of their orders that way. Cars just pulling up in the drive through were getting their food before me. This is not the first time this has happened to me which is why I am so upset.

Shake machines are always “broke”, not salt on fries, can’t seem to take down orders right, and hand other people orders without making sure it’s the right order per customer. Crazy how bad they messed up. Need a whole new set of employees there.

Ordered the McDonaldland meal with the collectable. Was not in the bag. My shake was vanilla with pink whipped cream. I waited 10 minutes for this curbside order I ordered 10 minutes prior to the additional 10. Just bad express.

I ordered online and admittedly pulled up literally right before close (I was under the impression they closed at 1, I didn’t intentionally arrive at 11:58) and the worker waited til midnight to tell me they were closed and they couldn’t process orders. I let them know I understand but I placed my order online, it said it’s being cooked and can’t be canceled. They still refused and offered me no solution. I was charged, they lied and said I wouldn’t be, I have the charge on my account. I was refused my food. Just another establishment that doesn’t care about your hard earned money. Shop elsewhere.

me and my husband stopped to get something to eat before going home i ordered a 4D and when we went to check are food it had mayo on it i told the lady it doesn’t come with mayo and i know this because my brother was a manager at mcdonald’s so instead of just fixing it she started fight with us over a sandwich so her way of fixing the problem was to give us the right sauce in a cup with a spoon and told us to take it off are selfs and put the other sauce on the burger so we just asked for a manger and she remade it and this was what my meal look like once i got it back we always have problems with the closers here always having attitude never trying to fix a problem when they messed up if you can’t handle dealing with people don’t work in customer services

Came by around 5:15 am went into the drive thru first, sat there for about 7 mins with no answer. Went inside go greeted. Used the kiosk to make my order. Kiosk was down. Went to pay at the register got told they couldn’t pay me out. Et there were two customer sitting in the lobby!!Should’ve told me from the get go. I wasted my time and gas and went to jack in the box. They want my money for sure! if I could it would be zero stars because thats unacceptable coming from mcdonalds!!!!!
