I am a regular at F.U.B. because they have their own fryer for their gluten free fries and a gluten free bun option for burgers, so with NCGS it is my go-to for fast food with benefits to me. Not to mention it is delicious and they offer a salmon burger which is right up my alley being that I am Pescatarian. The other day I went and got my usual order, except it was SOOOO perfect. The bun was soft (which is hard with GF buns), the salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, along with the grilled onions and mushrooms. The whole burger was made impeccably- with symmetry in every ounce. The salmon, the bun, the toppings, the mayo, the cheese was all made to perfection. I called and thanked them because the food had me quite literally DANCING. A female manager is who took my call and told me Manny is who made my food. I just want to say Thank you to good management who keep things flowing, and thank you to Manny for cooking with his whole soul!!!! So delicious. It means so much to have F.U.B. as an option for “fast food”. Thanks again!! Will always choose Freakin’!!!

Very nice setup. You order at the counter and they bring out your main courses. I tried the down under burger original.well cooked and tasty burger. I probably could have went with the single pattie as I got the small loaded fry which was huge. Definitely recommend as a side maybe for two people.my son got the all day brunch burger original which was huge and he really enjoyed minus the onion straws.yoy can also change up the sauces since they have an impressive variety.overall it was a great visit. Prices were fair for the quality of the meals.lots of parking and convenient location.

Staff so pleasant, and helpful.

Love the food, just not a fan of moody women who don’t know how to bag orders and provide an ample amount of ketchup when requested. Please politely talk to staff, one of my favorite locations.

Decent burger patty, but everything else is meh as hell. Poor amount/quality of toppings that should’ve been there, and toppings present that were marked as to be removed/not used. Serving size for cost is rough. Forgot our sauce. Gave wrong drink size until was asked for it to be corrected, but was super nice!!!

Waited in the drive thru for over 25 mins, just for Amariyah to not take my order correctly and to hear her talking to her friends in the background the whole time. Last time I went they got my burger wrong. Just done going back there. ALSO SINCE THET DONT HAVE A SCREEN YOU CAN SEE TO SEE IF YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT, STAFF SHOULD READ IT BACK.

So glad we decided to try this place! Service and food were both on point! It was truly “unbelievable” to see all the different burger/topping options available. They even have lower carb options…for example you can get your burger “naked” which comes without a bun and instead, wrapped in romaine lettuce. I’ve never been to a burger joint that offers so many different “burger patty” options…salmon, ground turkey, portobello mushroom, black bean, impossible, chicken, ex. Highly recommend!

Over the years this establishment has been my “go to” for a decent burger. Sadly I will not be returning after today’s visit. I ordered a burger with a side salad and drink. My salad arrived with wilted tomatoes, salad greens that were clearly past their “use by” date as the salad greens had started to break down. In addition, it appeared that the salad had been placed under a warmer due to the cheese on the salad being slightly melted. I sent the salad back requesting fries instead. I was assured that the fries would be “dropped” and brought to the table. The fries never arrived. I finally went to check the status of the fries only to be informed that the fries were never “dropped”. At this point my burger was half way gone and I just canceled the order of fries. Upon finishing the meal we requested that the meal be “comped” for our inconvenience. The manager refused to “comp” the meal instead only comping the drink. Beyond dissatisfied with the poor quality of the food and extremely poor customer service. As a business owner I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism and customer service. We will not be returning to this location and would not recommend. There’s far too many burger joints around to settle for this type of service.

The surface was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely disgusting. My daughter who eats everything did not like the Kraft macaroni and cheese, deep-fried macaroni and cheese bites just very fried taste no mac & cheese taste because it’s crappy cheap macaroni and cheese.
I ordered the all day brunch burger, which Comes with a fried egg that was completely over fried imagine eating a hard boiled egg on your burger very very gross and I thankfully ordered the Thai aioli and chipotle aioli I had to pay extra for it $1.05 but at least it gave the Berger some flavor. Other than that the burger was overcooked and it just tasted gross. My daughter did not like her fries. The sweet potato fries were OK could’ve been crispier.
Truly we will not eat here again. Just very greasy with no flavor. The staff were respectful the place appeared mostly clean.
I would not recommend if coming for the food.
The kids cups the lids don’t fit in the person at the counter, made sure to tell me to be careful of the lid, so it didn’t spell which we had already had it spell that was really frustrating

Wandered in for the first time on New Year’s Day and was pleasantly surprised. The smothered Thai fries are amazing, as is the black bean burger. Others in the party tried burgers and chicken sandwiches– all of which were delicious. Fries and onion straws were great addition. Will definitely be back!
