The food was really good I got a steak burrito dinner and the frozen strawberry margarita was on point. But for me the service was excellent. I’ve never had food come out so fast after our drinks were delivered. We were a table of 4, and when I tell you our server delivered our drinks she was back in under 5mins with our food. Everything was delicious will be coming back!!

Service and food were excellent here. The chicken for the enchiladas was very flavorful and seasoned well.
Chips and salsa were promptly put in front of me, and the lunch order didn’t take long although I saw plenty of bags being carried out.
Tania is a very polite and courteous server.
As with most of the south side Chicago neighborhood, I like seeing the No ICE welcomed or permitted to enter signs on the door, showing what it means when real people stick together, and that’s the feeling of the hard working population of this neighborhood.

We ordered the surf n turf, and the shrimp cocktail, the food was too salty. It was edible, but salty. The wait staff did not come by to check on us, not even once, but would go to other tables. I didn’t like the food or the service. I cannot give zero stars otherwise I would. Outside ongoing construction had a foul smell while sitting insdie it smelled like sewer. This 1 star is because the food was really, really, really bad. It’s not just me. It wasn’t just my plate. I came to eat with a group of 4 people and everyone’s food was salty! Even the salsas that came with the chips. Even the shrimp salsa was salty!

Honestly, the food blew me away. Authentic, flavorful, and priced reasonably. Took my girlfriend here for dinner and was treated so nicely by the staff and the food came quick and was better than I expected. A big recommend if you like Mexican food.

Not much english speaking or understanding, come with a translator. Food and service not like years ago, employees seem to lack passion for work and people. They left us for a long while and at the end requested tip.

This was our first time coming here we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant was very clean and spacious a nice homey feel, they offer tables as well as booths. They have hand sanitizer available the staff wore mask. Our waitress was great and patient while we skimmed through the menu, they bring you chips and salsa and water cups to start. The menu selection is great I order the quesabirria taco dinner, our son order the camarones a la diabla, an my wife had the caldo siete mares. All the food was excellent and we also order a frozen lemonade and a strawberry milkshake which were also great.

Haven’t been here in years. Use to live in this neighborhood and this place has stood the test of time. The food is still delicious and the servings are generous. They were able to accommodate our group of 12.
