This bee situation is completely unacceptable. Every single day there are swarms of bees outside and a shocking number of them inside the building, especially around the drink and straw area. While I’m trying to order or pick up my drink, bees are flying directly in my face and my children’s faces.
This has been going on for months. Not days. Months. The employees are standing there trying to work with bees flying around them constantly. It feels unsafe and honestly negligent at this point.
I spend a significant amount of money here because I enjoy this location, but no customer — or employee — should feel like they’re risking getting stung just to buy a drink.
This needs to be addressed immediately

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I could leave -2 stars I would. I come here everyday and it’s the same thing my drink takes forever(today it took 22 minutes) and the same people are acting as it’s their first day no one knows how to do anything. My drink is always made wrong, but it’s too busy for them to do anything. Would not recommend this one, go to a different dunkin or one of the other decent coffee places on this road.

The food was horrible. I was starving and I wanted to get something while I was on the road and the only place I was close by. Was this Dunkin’ Donuts at the moment I was like hell whatever I’ll risk it so I go there and get a cappuccino with a thing of vanilla in it that’s completely undrinkable. It taste like straight burnt vanilla Syrup. I didn’t ask them to do more than one pump or anything that I just told him I wanted that as a flavoring then I got their breakfast sandwich was stale and soggy, and their potatoes are awful. They taste like they’ve been sitting in a freezer for three years and then they popped it in the microwave and gave it to me never going again to any Dunkin’ Donuts I’m holding back from vomiting

Please give the GM at this location a raise!!! I didn’t catch his name but he said he was the GM, I was one of the very first customers in the morning of 11/1912025. Not only was he exceptional but he went above and beyond the extra mile for me. I am a regular and he will be the reason I remain one. I’ll drive to north pine Dunkin over the blvd Dunkin any day!!! Great drinks on an extremely hot day. Their frozen mocha coffee was perfect in resetting my temperature back to cool! Austin did a wonderful job in making our drinks and was patient as we looked over the menu and helping us decide what to purchase. We got a half dozen donuts. Just ate one as a snack. It was a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I have always loved their variety of choices.

“Just Passing Through” Ocala FL, decided to stop at this local Dunkin’. Saw a couple of employees outside taking a smoke break before I went in. Three girls inside handling the 6 to 7 cars in drive-thru; no one at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes, no one took my order. Noticed the donut racks in disarray with flies hovering atop most of them. *I Included a photo from a posting several years ago on Google to show the difference from then to now (July 2021). I left without ordering anything. Yes, the two employees were still taking a smoke break as I left. Manager on duty? There should have been. Many, many postings referencing this Dunkin’ as one to avoid mostly due to understaffing, rudeness, or simply just not caring about customer service.

The lady working the front desk when I ordered my drink I told her exactly what size I wanted and I saw it said medium on the register and I asked her about it and she said I didn’t say what size she was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all over one simple question

Terrible service, stood at the counter a good 7 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and all they were doing was walking and laughing so I left but it sucks because I wanted to get alot of items for me and my mom.
