The worse services I ever received on this place. I use to go there years ago and today we try and was awful. Wait 30 minutes on the drive thru. They have 7 people inside and they were talking and working super slow. Don’t respect for customers. Highly recommend a change of personal or your business it’s going bad.

I ordered a 10pc 50/50 Signature Chicken on promotion for $16.99 through the app, along with a Last Dab sauce sachet $1. When I picked up my order, I noticed from the receipt that the sauce was missing from the box. I was able to get the $1 credit back by using the app support feature.
The Signature Chicken Tenders were really good — especially the spicy ones, which had great flavor and a nice crispiness.
Overall, the food was tasty, and the issue with the missing item was resolved easily through the app, though it would be nice if orders automatically accounted for missing items.

They don’t speak to you until about 4 minutes after you show up to the drive through window. The worst service at any fast food restaurant in all of Miami. There are 6 people working, no guests inside at the front counter and yet not a single person can take my order. Then they say “Hellllooooooo” in a condescending way acting like I’m the one that has kept them waiting. This is not a one time incident. It happens every time I make the foolish decision to return here. I’ve waited over 30 mins to get my food despite having ordered ahead of time. Not sure how the manager or owner is aware of this and allows the restaurant to continue to operate this way. Popeyes used to carry RBI, seems like it’s now what’s dragging it down. Very sad.

The worst Popeyes in the area. Super dirty. There are eight women in the kitchen, and none of them do their jobs. They just play, chat, and laugh. I waited an hour for my food inside, and they gave me the wrong order. Their manager doesn’t do or say anything. He’s the only man there, and he doesn’t enforce any order. Disgusting and a terrible place. I’ll never go back.

Night shift needs supervision rush. Service during the night is awful. 30 min waiting for a mobile order. Total disorder like 10 people picking up Uber and employees don’t bother to organize orders, sometimes the order is served and just there waiting for someone to pack them up.

Can’t believe I gave them a second chance, but that’s what I get for thinking almost a year later it would be better. The app wasn’t processing but still charged my card 14 times still with the tiny chicken. Asked for honey and hot sauce but get jam and ketchup.

The comment is mostly because of the ridiculous amount of the portions for a $5 small mac and cheese! The price is already ridiculous must the portion also be smaller than the container. The food is always fresh but definitely will not be purchasing this again here.

I want to know why every time Ubereats is ordered from this location there is always something missing from the order. Tonight it was an order of fries. Also the seeet and spicy chicken had little to no sauce. And on top of that the dipping sauce that was requested was not even in the bag. It’s like there 2year olds working there that can’t read? I mean each and every time we order from there with Uber eats there is something wrong and missing from our order.
