WOW! I could not believe the line on a Saturday in January. They must be doing something right, and they were! Sooo many choices for everyone. The caramel sea salt ice cream was amazing. Can’t wait to go back to try more! Nicest staff while being so busy.

Had the pleasure of stopping by today! Fantastic menu…Abundance of flavors! I couldn’t decide whether to get soft serve or hard ice cream. The girl behind the counter saw that look on my face, so she asked if trying a sample would help. Wow! The pistachio soft serve stood out! It was smooth & creamy! I even got the chocolate dip on it! Her kindness & patience was a memorable experience. I’ll be sure to stop by when I’m in the area again!

Wanted to go here for the first time since moving to Melrose. Arrived at 8:40pm, doors were locked, open sign was on, store hours clearly stated close 9pm, employees just staring at me and another couple outside who were interested in the shop. Not sure why doors would be close that early, should consider changing store hours to 8:30p if doors lock at a certain time.

Stopped by Kennedy’s Ice Cream Bar after finishing lunch at Liberty Bell. The gentleman I spoke with, John, I assume is the owner. I ordered a coffee and chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Their selection of ice cream is plentiful. I highly recommend stopping by if you like to support small businesses. We will be back to try the ice cream and upload pictures of what we order.

Staff was welcoming and ready to serve me. Had the best maple walnut. Maple flavor was strong and walnuts crushed. Business premises well kept and clean. Plenty of outdoor seating. Will be back.

I ordered a regular stackable with 4 toppings for $8.50. Was charged the premium stackable price of $11 for apparently a premium topping. The toppings menu does not define which ingredients are premium. Was not happy to pay that price. The cup was mostly full of toppings and little ice cream. Be careful and ask questions if you order a stackable. For the price they charge, much more ice cream should be in that cup.

Come on, how can’t you just love this place. The absolute best team of young adults with smiles ear to ear and the most amazing flavors to choose from. Their chocolate peanut butter is simply Heaven and don’t get me started on their peanut butter Oreo frappes, inhaled it. If you haven’t made it here it’s a must. Also vs. I won’t mention the name, another ice cream hot spot in Reading, Kennedy’s kiddie side is what a small would be vs a dollop of ice cream so very generous with their scoops!! ❤️

Incredible amount of flavors of soft serve and hard ice cream! They have so much variety that it’s incredible. Their pricing is about the same as everyone else around. The people behind the counter were so nice and answered all questions I had.

I’m a regular customer and usually come in for your açaí bowls, which I’ve always enjoyed. However, I wanted to share some recent concerns. The last few times I visited, the açaí has been extremely hard, and the bowls have had an excessive amount of granola, which throws off the balance a bit.
Also, I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that one of the staff members serves ice cream without wearing gloves or using a napkin. I understand things can get busy, but that does raise some sanitary concerns.
I truly do love coming here and want to continue supporting your business, which is why I thought it was worth mentioning. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken with the intention of keeping things great.
