I am extremely upset about what happened at this location. I parked, made an order, and my vehicle was booted. There was no clear or reasonable warning that this could happen. This feels predatory and completely undermines customer trust. Management needs to address this immediately.

Typical McDonald’s with self.service ordering when you enter. Don’t bother with the table number when selecting dining there since they just call you to the counter when your food is ready. They missed one of my fish sandwiches too so I had to ask for it.

Incredible. We were waiting to buy our food at McDonald’s, and a man arrived in a tow truck. In just a few minutes, he put a wheel boot on a car and left a paper on the windshield. When we noticed, he had already booted eight cars.
The ticket costs $80, and they remove the boot right away if you pay in cash. We had the money, so they took it off but what if we didn’t? We would have needed to call a tow truck.
Do not park there unless you stay in your car to eat. If they don’t see you, they will put a boot on your car. The man had a very bad attitude. I had to beg him because he didn’t believe I was inside McDonald’s. When I asked him why, he said, “That doesn’t work with me.”

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. If I could give it less than one star, I would. It took an extremely long time to receive my order, and not even two ordering machines were working. When I finally got my food, it was burnt and incomplete.
I was traveling with my family to enjoy and get to know the area, but this restaurant completely ruined our night. When I complained because my order was incomplete — even though I paid for it — an employee spoke to me very rudely and told me she was not going to give me anything more than what had already been handed to me.
A terrible experience overall. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I’m not understanding the reasoning as to why you’re forced to order at a kiosk and all but one machine is functioning. If that’s not bad enough, everything is locked behind the counter. They messed up my order. Then they gave me my 4 missing items. Gave a 4 pc nugget when the order was 6pc., Missing happy meal, shake and sweat tea. While at the counter, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag and asked for them. The lady told me to hold on. Then proceeded to take someone’s order while I stood there waiting for napkins.
How do you take an order when you haven’t fixed the mess up from the one before?

After 12 o’clock do not come here. The managers are very rude and so are the employees. It’s very slow. No one never wants to take your order and ever since all These kiosk machines! They’re so rude about it and try to force you to use them! It seems like they’re very understaffed! And very stressed out! This is the worst Mcdonalds ever. I’ve been here already almost an hour waiting for my food. I came in and everything was dirty.

The worst service ever. Entering that restaurant is a horrible and hostile experience. During the late hours, there’s a crazy woman who’s supposed to be the manager, yelling at everyone, especially her employees. They all seem to be punished for no reason. I go there many times because it’s close to me, and she’s always yelling. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable, and I can’t imagine what it’s like for the employees.
Next time, I’m going to the authorities for workplace harassment.
