After enjoying an afternoon at the Fox, my nieces and I stopped at here for dinner before going our separate ways.
We were hungry…so our order was rather extensive. Our drink choices were a coke, the pomegranate lemonade, and the peach boba. The lemonade and boba will definitely be ordered again – so good.
Starters: boa, pan seared dumplings, and Korean cauliflower. All good and would do again. I had previously had Korean cauliflower at Ramsey’s Kitchen, this did not compare to that (not as crispy), but still good. The dumplings were fantastic, great dipping sauce.
Meals: Kung poa Chicken with white rice, crispy honey with lo mein, and Trio Mangolian dish (chicken, beef, and shrimp) with fried rice. The lo mein was the best side, their noodles were very good. All main dishes were good! The fried rice was off, the table behind us sent their brown rice back because it didn’t taste right to them. We couldn’t figure out what was off about it.
We had attempted to go to Firebirds, but they had a three hour wait. Due to that we ended up at PF Changs having a meal we didn’t know we wanted til look we were there.
Our waiter, Phil, was getting a run for his money. It picked up after we had been there about ten minutes and he was running between all the tables – but made sure our cups stayed full and our food was delivered hot. Some tables were causing friction, which gave us fodder for entertainment. Be nice folks.

My first time at a PF Chang’s. I expected more somehow. We were a group of 10…..so, keep that context. Also, there wasn’t a long line for seating when we were there. So, food was good. Not great. Not bad…..just good. It came out hot….kudos to the kitchen. I was impressed the food server mostly knew who’s food was who’s…..no auctioning of food at the table. Bar service was terrible…..one of my table mates never got the 2nd drink they ordered…..even after a reminder. It’ll become “just an option” and not a “must go” place for me. Oh, I had the Mongolian Trio and Edamame for starter.

Well every time we go here food has been amazing. So far so good. I hope they keep up and never disappoint me. I traveled 2 hours just to go here since I enjoy the food. I wish they can open a location near my area. Come to Jefferson City or Colombia Missouri. Anyways please stay focus and providing a good food and service. Chairs need some updates bathrooms too. Woman’s bathroom we like them to be clean. Is always room for improvement. Please keep the good job. And hopefully this review is taken well. Consider some updates in the restaurant that will help and will invite people to come and enjoy the atmosphere there.

Tables and floor were untidy. I lost the appetite after seeing the unclean, dirty table. Food was good but felt like staff (They were polite but cold) was rushing me to eat and leave. Never going back.

I place a take out order from P.F.Changs. The lunch menu portion was much smalle compared to dine in. The order also missed peanuts. When I called them, they spoke and cut the call abruptly.

Clean and comfortable seats. Not to crowded. Colors were calming and not overwhelming. Service was efficient and pretty quick. food was warm and prepared very nicely. server was great. did not rush us. Can spend some good money in here ok some good quality food!

Food was fine. Not great, not bad, overpriced for what it is. Server did a decent job. However, the wait for the food was longer than it should’ve been. It seems like food delivery drivers take priority. A table of about 8 near us that was seated before us, did not receive their food until we were completely finished!

My husband and I havent been here in a long while because the salt and pepper prongs were taken off the menu a bit back, recently I got word they were back, so here we are, got here and got greeted by Elijah who got us started with delicious drinks, got our food and had a small issue with it butt Maddie came over and corrected it right away, very professional and prompt. Definitely will put pf changs st. Charles back into our dinner rotation

I stopped in today and got lucky enough to get Alana! Alana was so helpful from the time we walked in till the time we walked out! It being my first time she recommended some great dishes and drink to my boyfriend and I! I’m so happy we listened because the shrimp dumplings were everything she said they would be! Nothing short of amazing and delicious! She also recommended the Zen margarita which was also amazing I felt good as I was drinking it! Although it was my boyfriend’s first time she got him to try something new and he loved it! That spicy chicken was delicious! Alana checked in on us frequently even though she was busy. She boxed my food up for also put together a to go order I made after eating (because the food is just that great I had to have some at home for later)! If you happen to stop in this location ask for Alana she will steer you in the right direction! She kept smiles on our face every time she came to the table. I can only leave 5 stars but she deserves her 10’s! Thank you Alana we’ll be back soon to visit you!

Visited on a Sunday for dinner—it was pretty quiet.
We ordered crispy beans, veg spring rolls, signature lo mein with tofu, sesame chicken with rice, and banana spring rolls for dessert.
Crispy beans were a big letdown—too oily and undercooked even after a replacement. Spring rolls were just okay. The signature lo mein was flavorful and delicious, and my friends enjoyed the sesame chicken.
The highlight was definitely the banana spring rolls—crispy, tasty, and paired perfectly with pineapple coconut ice cream.
Overall, a decent experience with some hits and misses.
