This is our first time to be here. The service is good. The food we ordered could be better. Grilled shrimp with rice we got was extremely salty like we ate salt. I wonder if this is the usual taste of the dish or something just went wrong. BBQ chicken was overcooked and so stiff that hard to chew it. The best was Cesar salad. The salad was chilled in good temperature and refreshing.

I believe the Tikhatnu Commons Texas Roadhouse cooks are good but could use more precision in cooking temperatures. Our server, Jacquelyn, was super nice. Even though there were a few mistakes from the cooks and the server on this visit, they were so friendly, quick to make things right, and, above all, always had a friendly attitude.
The errors were:
– One steak was undercooked.
– I asked for no BBQ sauce, and my chicken was covered with it.
Both these things were corrected quickly, and the manager was very attentive.
While most people would deduct more stars, I still rate them a 4 because the food tasted amazing, the portions were appropriate, and the service experience is enough to overlook a simple mistake. Good job to the Texas Roadhouse staff.

The atmosphere was great. The wait was about 10 minutes. The food was presented well and the temperature was great, but my steak was ordered medium, but appeared to be medium well. The flavors also were somewhat bland and nothing spectacular.

Good place to eat, but often the kitchen doesn’t seem to be able to time all parts of a meal properly. Ate there tonight; the fries were hot, the steak was warm and the prawns were lukewarm.
It’s why I prefer Chilis these days; their food always turns up hot. Food quality is much of a muchness, service the same, so it comes down to details and properly hot food should be a given.

Come here all the time with the husband and he always gets the filet medallions. Today he said they tasted a little different, ironically 2 minutes later the manager (Gregory) happened to be coming around and asked how everything was so my husband was honest about it and said that today they taste off and with 0 hesitation he said let me take care of that for you. My husband begged and pleaded with him that it was okay and that he was going to eat it anyways but the manager was persistent and fixed the problem. This blew my husband away he/we think that was very outstanding customer service

To be honest, the server (Dylan) asked for my ID, when I ordered a margarita. I asked why. (I am 73) He said that a red stripe on your ID means there is a court order, that the bearer can’t be served, and he, personally, could be sued. It bothered me enough to mention it, I doubt that this is Texas Roadhouse policy. Jade, one of the floor managers, was very nice! Food is always excellent. I wasn’t asked if I wanted another drink and our waters were not refilled. I love Texas Roadhouse, but I just thought that you should know this…

I’ve come here several times in the past, the food is near always consistent (good) but it’s the service that always vary. When it’s rush hour, waitresses/waiters are very busy and admittedly neglectful. But when it’s slow? The staff is very nice, and check in 3-5 times throughout the meal. Though, hostesses seem to always have a slight attitude regardless of the situation.

The employees were friendly. The restaurant was clean. The food was hot and prepared to my liking. The freshly prepared rolls are my favorite.
They do not give a military discount unless you dine with them on Fridays from 12pm-4pm.
This location is conveniently located on Muldoon in a shopping plaza that has other restaurants and stores, such as Kohl’s, Target, etc.

Amy was our server and she is great! Today’s visit went very well. Hot food. Great atmosphere. And being it’s a Monday afternoon it’s not too busy or loud which makes it all the better. I’m keeping this from 5 stars to be fair for the other location on Spenard for the same reason they both have. Other than that, everything else has been amazing. Friendly welcoming staff seated me to a booth as requested. Just having a leisure time to myself. Got myself a beautiful 14oz Prime Rib cooked to medium rare, now with delicious buttered corn and some fries on the side. Great place as always, and don’t hesitate to do some solo dining here or bring friends and family.
