Very tired of going through there and ordering food with no onions only to still have onions on it or severely taste like onion from them scraping it off instead of making my food to order and the bread was stale and definitely needs to be turned over. Will not be returning again!

I did a mobile order today so that I could save time. Nobody seemed to know where the mobile order was so they made it for me as I waited. The pictures will show how much care they took with my food. I am sensitive to salt so I got no salt fries. It was a large fry and it looks like somebody ate half of the fries out of it. I ordered a double hamburger and it’s not even on the bun and extremely sloppy. There was a manager on duty if not two and both of them walked by me and didn’t even ask me if I needed any assistance and I had to call back behind the counter and get somebody to help me so I could get my order in the first place. I will say that the young man that was at the register was very friendly and courteous. He was very quick to ask me if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in the store. I would only hope that the rest of the staff would be able to get my order correct and be as nice as the young man that initially greeted me.

This place is always busy, so I dont usually visit unless its more quiet on my way home. The service is always really nice and im in and out within 10 minutes. Seems to be an improvement from the past visits i’ve had in years prior.

Dear Employees – Thank you so much for not judging my parenting this morning when my 4 year old came in storming about his wrong order. You all were so sweet in making his order correct. For a little background, my son has an egg allergy and he is very aware of that. When we got his sandwich ordered without egg, and it had egg on it, he was very upset. I told him, “hey buddy, it’s no problem, we will go inside and ask for a new one without egg” In true 4 year old fashion, he went in there storming and yelling saying “HEY! HEY! You guys put egg on my sandwich!” I explained about his allergy and every was so nice and so apologetic. It really was not a big deal but thank you for making it right and I hope you all could get a good laugh out of my sassy 4 year old!

Waited 29 minutes and the kid finally asked what my # was Went back and filled my order and brought back part of the order. I told him he’s missing the rest of the order. He gets the rest of it and I thought I had everything after checking the 3 bags got home and 1 syrup out of 3 big breakfast. I give them 1 star. Avoid this place cause this isn’t the first time they messed up

This was by far the WORST experience I have had with this location. The fries were soggy and cold. The cheeseburgers were sloppy and extremely greasy. The nuggets stuck together like glue. I vomited all night and this morning. Just because it is “fast food” doesn’t mean it has to be complete garbage. Too expensive for that! Won’t be back.

Drove to several other arches and if they weren’t servicing delivery orders only.. the lines had 5-10 cars in each line waiting patiently for fast food that would take an hour to come. I finally got to this one.. no cars in line to wait behind!! Order was promptly taken.. paid for.. and served hot. The ladies at the window were very nice, polite and appreciated. I’d come back to this location the next time the craving hits.

2/14/2026 I come here for a Doordash ar 11pm, all the lights are off to deter people from coming here. I go to the lobby like it says in the instructions on the app and of course it’s locked. (Pouring down rain) I then go through the drive thru where I wait for 10 minutes and am rudely told to go back around and to come in the door that was locked earlier. I’ll never be back. Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! CANCEL THEIR DOORDASH ABILITIES! FIRE THE NIGHT STAFF IMMEDIATELY

I’m glad the snack wraps are back, I’m a huge fan but it’s becoming problematic how often the chicken strips aren’t fully cooked. Also, more times than not, the fries are old or under done (soggy) and over-salted. I know it gets busy, but please stop serving undercooked food.
