I ordered Drakes off of DoorDash for me and my coworkers at 11pm. I always look at a website online before i order because i would never order from somewhere an hour before they close because that is just rude. Today they close at 1am so i think that 11pm is an acceptable time to place an order. I was super excited to try it because all I hear is great things and they have amazing reviews.
It was such a disappointment.
We order two burgers and what we were given was the saddest we have ever seen. They were ICE cold and it was delivered to our work immediately. Less than 10minutes. Both burgers came with the smallest handful of fries and were dry and colder than the burger itself.
Other reviews on google from the restaurant look like nothing we were given. They had NO toppings on them when they clearly came with toppings. Just plain. It was baffling.
I ordered a BLT salad for myself and it did not have the B. The most important part. A baconless, blt salad.
I would also like to add that the dasher accepted the order immediately and had to wait at the restaurant for the order to be completed so i know it wasn’t sitting there for awhile and the driver communicated.
Just because someone orders food to go, that does not mean it shouldn’t be handled the same way it would’ve been if we sat inside and dined in. . Neither one of them ate their burgers past the first bite. For how expensive it is, this was inappropriate.
$70 was spent on food alone.
We also got two kids meals but they were actually made correctly. Chicken was very dry as well but at least it came as described..
You wouldn’t serve this to someone inside. Why? Cus they would complain immediately. ..

Great food, great place. The juicy lucy minis with fries are great. My daughter and I both ordered the same. Great cocktails also. My only complaint was the juicy lucy minis and fries order we got to go after we ate was missing it’s lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. But we didn’t check and didn’t see it until we got home. But mistakes happen. All good.

So very dissapointed. i am tired of TERRIBLE service just ruining a meal. Just to have a lil machine thrown in my face and demand 18,20 or 22% tip. This server was TERRIBLE.. i have been a server i am very easy going and i still left $5. We asked for a kids menu, we never got it. Had to go to the host stand to get it myself. 2nd burgers were made incorrectly. 3rd it wasnt until we finished our entire meal that silverware was brought to us, we had to use chopsticks to eat our mac n cheese n food. We never got 1 refill on our $4 drinks. Server dumped the food off & we never saw him again. Went to find a manager so we could just pay n leave at this point, she was of no help.

Loved the Warm Pretzel & Cheese starter!! Server was very nice and attentive to what we needed. Both burger orders were great. I enjoyed the BBQ Burger and Tots, and my wife really enjoyed the Mini Juicy Lucy’s and fries. Their Drakes sauce tasted great, homemade. Definitely going back!!

I ordered the chicken asada tacos, and the food itself would’ve been fine, but there was a hair in my sour cream. That’s unacceptable. It completely ruined the meal. I expected much better from this place.
Edit: I was called and told that I would receive a refund, but I still haven’t received it. Waiting for this to be resolved.

I was a little hesitant coming here. With the cost of going out these days I really try to avoid any place with less than a 4.4 star rating. But my son and his girlfriend are the pickiest people I know and said it’s really good. Glad we came. We had 5 in our party and everyone enjoyed their food. 2 apps and everyone had a meal plus sushi. It was really good. We did have to wait for 2 of our meals and silverware. But good food, good company, we didn’t care. Stuff happens! We will definitely go back.

Decided I wanted the rib-eye and realized that if I want a steak, I shouldn’t go to a burger place. Ordered medium, got it seared rare (more like seared raw). The waitress was great and made sure that I cut the steak before she walked away. I decided to keep it. It wasnt worth sending back and waiting to eat while the rest of the family ate. My wife recieved her Salmon poke bowl, with Salmon on the side (for me), and the fish was not good. Not fresh, and very fishy. My son’s burger was awesome, we didnt complain but let the server know about the fish afterwards. All in all, 2 for 2 visits here and I leave disappointed. Won’t happen again. Expect bar food, sports, and drinks. Not quality sushi or steak.

First time eating here but hit the last. Grilled Chicken sandwich, hamburger, and fries were all delicious. We sat outside, and the weather was absolutely perfect for it. Our server, Breaisa B, was awesome! All around a great lunch!
