I ordered a pizza deal yesterday, and the delivery time changed five times, but the pizza never arrived at my house. The delivery person never rang my doorbell; apparently, he left the pizza on the floor in the driveway because he was so late. When I finally went to get it, the pizza was cold, and a dog was all over the pizza, smelling it, etc. I took a picture after the dog got scared and ran. I had to throw the pizza out. I called the number that showed the progress, and it was DoorDash. They spoke to the delivery person and said they would reimburse my money. Later, they sent me another email saying that they would not reimburse me. I called the Little Caesars store directly today, but they put me on hold for over 20 minutes before they hung up the phone. This has got to be the worst service, ever…

My Daughter Love this pizza, but the service here is very good, and the quality of the pizza has changed a lot compared to 2024. The quality is now better. 100% recommended for a day when you want to take a break from cooking or a day of pool with the kids.

Personally the worst Little Caesars I’ve been to they don’t have sat packs or any other parmesan or any other packs. Not sure how they can stay open and not have any of that for the customers at use. Really frustrating!

its understood pizzas are $5 & you get what you paid for, but something isn’t right here, i went on 5/7/21 when it wasn’t too busy and there was no need to rush and was given this pizza cut all side-ways & dry that didn’t have any taste at all, sometimes these pizzas are good but this one has no effort in something someone else will eat

Cashier let me know 15 minutes after ordering food that it will be ready. Then around the time it was supposed to be ready it wasn’t. Short staff and the Manager comes walking in the front door screaming at the cashier telling to tell people that it will be 30 min wait for the food. People were furious. The manager is to blame for being super late to his shift. Someone should fire him. Poor Cashier for dealing with that kind of manager.
