Is it possible this is the best McDonalds ever? The drive through gal yesterday early afternoon was about the sweetest gal who noticed my cute dog. Her overall vibe was cheerful and sweet. Please pat this sweetheart on the back and let her know we adored her spirit!!! (P.s. the fries were perfect!)

I’ve been to the McDonald’s on State Route 10 several times, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience! The staff is consistently polite and friendly, especially during the morning hours when it’s a bit more calm. During the evening hours, I’ve noticed that the team is often made up of teenagers, and while they might not always be as seasoned, they still manage to get the job done with a smile. It’s impressive to see them working hard to provide great service, even when things get busy. Overall, I’m a big fan of this McDonald’s location and would definitely recommend it to others!

I am updating my review because the bathrooms are disgusting. One of the hand dryers has been out for months. It’s always dirty and smells like a barn, but this time was the worst. There were so many flies. The employees (including the managers) use these bathrooms. The pictures below are from the womens bathroom. My husband used the mens bathroom and said the sink was not working.
I hope the employees are actually washing their hands. Obviously, nothing else gets cleaned in their bathrooms.

On the way to take the kids to school this morning(9-10-2025), we came through the drive through and the attendant asked if we were checking in on the app, to which I replied, “no, just a minute please.” Moments later she came back on with a snotty attitude saying “HELLLLLLOOO?? Do you want to give me an order!?” So I reciprocated that energy saying the same “hello” drug out and said “I said I need a minute. At the window when I paid the same lady was in attendance. She was an older gal, heavy set, and just mad about life. When she asked me to pull forward to wait for our drinks I asked if it would be long because we have to get the kids to school. She responded with the rudest of arrogance and disrespectful attitude like as though I owed her something and she shouldn’t be bothered by such an inquiry. This was customer service at its worst! What unprofessionalism! I will NEVER go back to the Argos location again, and I intend to make sure corporate hears about this woman. We all have our bad days, but that doesn’t give her the right to make mine a bad day as well! Somebody needs to deal with this individual before more people are adversely affected by her issues. Maybe put her on the grill where she can be away from people

Quick pit stop here. Giving them 3 stars because my special order burger was made correctly, & was good quality. Store was filthy – very slow in the dining room. Out of 11 empty tables in the dining room, I managed to find the only one that wasn’t already used & still dirty. One table had a mop bucket on top of it – abandoned. The condiments station was littered, but had a nice sign about their commitment to cleanliness.
All employees had masks on, but wearing them either on their chin or pulled off their nose. Big jug sanitizer dispenser in the entry was empty. Appeared to be shift change; new manager came in, both were talking on front line. Neither looked at or seemed to notice the condition of the dining room.
Food was hot & fresh, made correctly. Recommend you take your order to go.

Absolutely horrible showed up at 450 they asked me to wait a min I was the only one inline somone pulled up to the drive though next to me 5 min later they got their order taken 5 min later finally at 505 I pulled off there were workers inside i guess just not working I only stayed that long to get the recept to leave a bad review but they took so long I dontthink inwas ever hoing to get it

Argos McDonalds is 1 of the most pitiful locations!!!! Takes forever for them to even take your order when no one is there. You can literally be the only one in line and have to wait long periods for food etc. Sundays they open at 7am even though online it says 6am… just what I want to do after pulling a 16hr shift in the medical field. Ridiculous.

The service here is consistently bad. The only upside is sometimes you get a friendly employee who tries. Often times food is missing from an order. Trying to get the missing item is a joke. Ive waited 20 minutes for a missing item and the manager on duty didnt seem to care and had an unpleasant dimeanor and seemed abusive towards the staff. Today not only was I missing my order of fries but my burger was also undercooked. Get it together at this store or shut down!!!!
Update: Currently have been waiting to recieve my food for over 10 minutes in drive through AFTER PAYING!!!!! And they are not busy!!!! Get it together!!!!!! This place has so many issues!
