So you telling me it took 15 minutes for them to make me a grilled chicken salad the chicken wasn’t cooked fresh. It was cold as ever. The lettuce was old and tasted fishy . Y’all gave me the bad part of the lettuce look like the last of the lettuce that you had. Or it was a salmon salad and y’all just took off everything else and put that cold grilled chicken that taste like salmon ughhhhh nasty unsanitary and cross contamination look at this I want my money back why smdh yall do not go to this Dennys I can’t even eat this ish garbage it is

1 star is too generous. Im not much of a restaurant patron, but I decided to drive 17 miles to Dennys in Joliet as my family speaks highly of one of the waitresses. Of course she was leaving. I placed the order: coffee and one of the slams. The waitress (manager) brought coffee, it was cold. She asked if I ordered toast. I told her that the order comes with pancakes. I never did get another cup. Another waitress brought the wrong order so I was aggravated. I did not eat but I would’ve if they’d discounted my order. The waitress/manager said she was new and didn’t know the menu. She said she could only discount the coffee, and that was generous. I left hurriedly and will tell my family about this fiasco.

Had a pick up order on 1/3/2026 and there was only ONE staff on shift for the Saturday dinner rush she was AMAZING running all over the place dealing with both dine in and take out orders! If that isn’t the manager or such they definitely deserve a promotion/recognition however there should be more staff to help her out
