Placed an order at 12:43. I know it was late but I was on my way. I arrived at 1:01 and was
told I had to go into the app and cancel my order because they were closed. They said they closed at 1 and any app orders were not made until they arrived. Very disappointed. Then the worker provided me with instructions to the nearest Taco Bell. I understand closing early but sending away a sell already in the system is crazy. And again was so disappointing.

David was wonderful! Very prompt service, great food, the accuracy was on point. David was very kind, my daughter dropped her happy meal and lost all her fries and David didn’t hesitate to bring her more and swiftly clean up the spill. Best McDonald’s employee and restaurant I’ve been to in a while.

Hello,
While I was ordering my food at the kiosk today, an employee named David came up to me and said he could help me get a free large smoothie. He took my phone and, without my permission, left a positive review for himself. I also noticed that he smelled of alcohol. In the end, instead of giving me the large smoothie he promised, he only gave me a small one with barely any flavor.

If you are reading a “David provides excellent service” review, please be aware that he is asking customers for their phones, promising a free smoothie or shakes and then giving himself good reviews. That’s for scamming reviews!!!!

How is it possible they are giving the Manager title to childish people at this location, with 0 customer service, no ethics or manners?
They got my order worng! I ordered a ranch snack wrap and I got a buffalo snack warp instead.They don’t know if I’m alergic to spice or not, their lack of attention to details made them loose a costumer today. Also, I asked them for a favor at the second window since I forgot to order some fries. When I asked for the favor kindley, they looked at me like if I had cursed them all and they said NO! you gotta go around aging, with a cynical face. Mind! There was 0 people ordering behind me, I was the only one there.

THIS MCDONALS NEED A CLEAN UP!
I COULD CALL THE CREW THE ADVENGERS! BUT HARLEY QUINN MANAGER WAS THERE TO DESTROY THEIR REPUTATION. LOL

Ordering lunch on the app and picking it up within five minutes, not one time has my order been wrong and 95% of the time it’s ready when I get there. Great service, great staff, no exceptions.

Why???
Forcing total digital by app or kiosk is a very bad move for this location.
They shut the food menu off also so you are forced to use app or kiosk.
I definitely started buying elsewhere because and my coworker is no longer going here either.
Very noticeable difference in guest. Parking lot is not packed as usual.

Terrible customer service on the morning of October 23rd. Every employee looks miserable there like they don’t want to be there. Then when the 2nd window a guy just shoved my frappe really fast at me, didn’t say a word, and slammed the window.

This is a spot I frequent, but I won’t be back. It takes one bad experience to lose a customer, they should remember that.

Went through the drive thru for a late lunch. Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals, 2 double cheeseburger meals & a 20 piece nuggets. Sad to say… everything BUT the fries were old. The burgers ALL were nasty & tough like leather. I ate about half of it before deciding to feed it to my dog. The nuggets were still alright, but definitely old & no longer crispy. Disappointing for the nearly $50 spent.

Pulled me and every other car ahead in the drive thru to get better drive thru times reported. Then tried to give me the wrong food so then had to wait even longer to get my correct food because they gave mine to someone else. Manager acted like it was my problem for even stopping there to begin with.
