Service: At first Noone was at the front for awhile. They had 1 table with people & 2 people at bar, so it wasn’t busy, then the bar tender came over and sat me. After sitting for about 10 minutes with noone coming I went to the bar to see if I could order appetizers before my client showed up and a girl came out and said server was in the back and would be out shortly. I thought oh great, this is going to be a bad experience, but after that it was excellent, I would come back because food, drinks and staff ended up being great!
Atmosphere: modern Mexican vibe
Noteworthy: Hard to find, I tried calling several times to get an idea if where the restaurant was since GPS kept driving me around. I finally parked where a car was leaving figured I’d stop and ask another store where it was and it was by Goat and Vine, I was able to see the signs since its hidden. Parking can definitely be a challenge.
The atmosphere was pleasant, the hostess & server were friendly and very helpful with assisting with my selection. It was Taco Tuesday, and there was a nice selection of tacos to choose from. The margaritas were so smooth and delicious. A nice selection of beers on tap to choose from. Overall, it is worth eating here, and it is easy access to get to.
Perfect to celebrate … anything.
My family and I dined in on a Saturday evening. Extremely busy! Food took longer than usual.
My son doesn’t recommend the Carne Asada Fries. Too oily for his taste.
The salsa was delicious but the tortilla chips were not crispy.
Our birthday boy enjoyed the Beer Flight and a very big bowl of pozole.
My daughter had an Albondigas giant soup.
Both my daughter and her boyfriend had a couple of very tasty cocktails.
I loved my Iced Tea!
I am convinced the Enchiladas combination was the best tasting dish overall.
I would recommend a weekday if you’d like to avoid waiting.
Mexican restaurant. Food is great. The salsa is the best. Service is great. It is a hiden gem
We both ordered the steak fajitas, and they were everything we had hoped for – a perfect combination of tenderness, juiciness, and well-seasoned flavors.
To accompany our meal, we treated ourselves to the Cadillac margaritas, which came with a side shot of Grand Marnier – a thoughtful addition that enhanced the experience. While the margaritas were flavorful, we did find the price of $15 per margarita a bit steep considering the portion size.
In conclusion, Margarita’s Cocina Y Cantina offers a delightful dining experience with delicious steak fajitas, creative cocktails, and a welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re a fan of classic Mexican cuisine or simply looking for a vibrant and enjoyable evening out, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit
