The food was delicious and very filling — all of us got full and even needed to ask for to-go containers. I gave the food 4 stars only because it didn’t look exactly the same as the photos shown on the menu.
Paying was convenient since there’s a tablet on the table — I just tapped to send the payment, and I received the receipt via text.
Our server, whose name I think was Marga, was very nice. She was attentive and friendly throughout.
I’ll definitely come back next time to try their other dishes!

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Everything was exactly how we ordered it, and you can tell the team really cares about quality and service. Our server, Ashely, was absolutely amazing — so attentive, friendly, and on top of everything the whole time. She made sure our drinks stayed filled, checked in at the perfect moments, and had such a warm, positive attitude that made our visit even better. Ricardo, the manager, also stood out. He was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s clear he leads a great team and creates a positive environment. Overall, such a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I had such a great experience at this Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and well-run. The manager, Ricardo, was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about both the guests and his team. He checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect, which doesn’t go unnoticed.
Our waitress, Ashley, was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and super attentive without being overbearing. She made great recommendations, kept our drinks filled, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. She really made the experience feel personal and enjoyable.

First time at this location, I needed a table for 2. The female hostess never spoke she literally pointed to a table, never were we greeted. I ordered a burger it looked good but it was merely okay.. could have been seasoned a little bit more. Drink of choice was the summer drink of the month, pretty good. Our waiter was okay as well nothing spectacular about this location.

Amazing amazing amazing! Ashley was our server and she was so kind and helpful! She made the large menu seem a lot more simple and allowed for my friends and I to really enjoy the food ! Ricardo the manager was also such a delight he checked on our table many times ensuring we were having the best time ! I’ve been to many Chili’s where the service was just lackluster but this one was so phenomenal it drove me to write this review! Whoever is behind this chilis keep it up ! I will be coming back here for many more years to come ! If you haven’t been yet ? What are you doing!!

Hi, I went there last night. And I was Robbed in the parking line lot. Somebody broke the window of my car and stole my back pack and my wife’s wallet. When I let them know they told me that there was no cameras ( the officer told me that this happens frequently at this location) just want to let the people know the risk. ( nothing to do with the good service and the good food) Chili’s Grill & Bar you need security cameras out there Now!!!

We came to Chilis to have lunch for my sister in laws birthday after a successful day at the mall. We were greeted, our food came out very quickly but that wasn’t my issue. We told our server that it was my sister in laws birthday and that we wanted the cookie skillet WHICH COMES FREE FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY. We told her we wanted happy birthday sung and she gave the okay. Me and my fiance sat with our cameras out waiting and they just brought the cookie out. No song no nothing. We were so upset as it ruined the surprise for her. We ate the cookie still very much aggravated and the crew brought out ice cream we neither wanted nor asked for and sang happy birthday but at that point it was pointless. They gave her this half assed card and no compensation. We paid for the skillet cookie and left. The food was great but the service was not good.

Amazing experience at the Chili’s in sawgrass! What was originally supposed to be a quick stop in Publix became a dinner at Chili’s and I am so happy it did! We had Ashley as our server and she was fantastic! Super helpful with the entire menu and was extremely personable ! You can tell she really loves her job and is dedicated to making the customer feel welcome ! Ricardo ? I believe the manager was so down to earth and made my entire dining experience worthwhile. If you’re in town visiting the sunrise area , make this Chili’s a spot you MUST visit!
