What happened to my pizza? I just don’t know how this would have cleared quality check.. just disappointed. This location always seems to let me down. This was definitely my last chance.

I ordered online for pick up for my family of 6 due a quick need to have something for dinner. We ordered for pickup and arrived when the app said it would be done.
Once I arrived, I stood at the front desk for roughly 8 minutes before someone even acknowledged the fact that as was there and then had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be done (despite the app saying it was done almost 20 minutes prior). In the entire time, a total of 3 orders came out.
While waiting, I got the joys of experiencing the staff yelling at each other and arguing. This was all while I watched them carelessly toss the food around once it came out of the oven. At one point, one of the female employees tossed one so carelessly it entirely fell apart.
Their uniform aprons were filthy, some looking like they hadn’t been clean for days and then the staff physically handling the food after whiping their un-gloved in the aprons and then handling the food further.
Once I finally got home with my food, they weren’t cut through, half both pizzas didn’t even have cheese, and one had added topping that weren’t ordered or wanted.
My wife, who made the original order, left a complaint through the app, which they gave us a free pizza for, which just kinda felt like a kick because why would we want to return to a business where this is okay.
I grew up in this area and always enjoyed this domino’s. Ive since moved away and only returned to visit family frequently (though we don’t typically order food when we do so). This will be the last time we order through dominos.

We have eaten here multiple times and love the app and ordering process. the pizza is okay.. Without coupons getting a bit expensive.they are pretty stingy on topping and the deep dish crust is inconsistent. I’d suggest getting you pizza cooked well done otherwise they turn out doughy and undercooked.

19 feb 12:15 pm the cashier was racist and refused to serve me. he put alot of excuses to sell me a pizza. he said he didint have large pizza so I ordered a medium pizza and tried to pay with cash but supposedly they dont accept cash and after i tried with my debit card and he said that card swipe did not work at this exact moment when i saw someone pay

#1-what difference does it make if I place an order online or go to the location and place an order? It is a purchase that keeps your company in business! This location would not honor the 2/$6.99 medium pizzas. #2-the girl who was manning the oven was handling the pizzas very haphazardly and unprofessionally in front of customers.. Tossing them in their box, barely cutting the pizzas thru the crust. We had to cut our pizzas after getting them home. #3-i ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, got ham and sausage. I would like a full refund please for wrong order, and very snotty unprofessional behavior. I will never go to this location again and advise others not to either.

Domino’s needs to take immediate action regarding the consistent poor service at this location. The customer experience has been repeatedly unacceptable, and it’s clear that the problems are systemic.
I continue to order from this store only because it’s the only one that delivers to our address—and my kids genuinely enjoy Domino’s pizza. When possible, I go out of my way to pick up from other locations just to avoid the issues here.
Over time, I’ve experienced it all:
• Paid orders not delivered, with no refund processed
• Orders arriving cold
• Sloppy pizza assembly and poor execution
• A lack of leadership, with rotating staff left to manage angry customers while managers fail to show up
It’s frustrating and disappointing. The staff seem overwhelmed and unsupported, and the lack of accountability is evident. This store is damaging the Domino’s brand in our community, and I urge you to intervene and address these ongoing issues.

We normally always order from this store, but tonight I was beyond disappointed. We got a pizza that was not warm when it was delivered and there was legitimately no sauce on the pizza whatsoever. Not even being dramatic the pizza was not edible it was so dry. They also didn’t include all of the toppings we ordered. When I called to mention the pizza is missing sauce, I was told that the person who made it measured out the sauce to the appropriate amount and that the managers are cracking down on the amount of toppings used… I’m sorry but when I’m paying $50 for a pizza, I want it to be warm and taste edible. This is my go to order and this is the first time I have ever had it like this despite being told that the appropriate amount of sauce was used. I shouldn’t have to order and pay for extra sauce for my pizza to taste how it should (and always has). So disappointed.
