Went in on a Monday morning to have a quick bite for breakfast while running errands. Was nearly empty so plenty of seats. Ordered a loaded sourdough breakfast sandwich meal, which was delicious by the way. Even amid the drive thru and delivery pick up orders, it didn’t take long to get my meal.
Noticed that a ot of the seating have outlets for power and USB plugs which is a detail I never noticed and really like.
Overall nice experience at this location during the time I visited in the late morning.

We had the BOGO for a $1 offer for breakfast sandwiches, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered online & went to the drive thru for the pickup. Unfortunately, the service was slow. Normally, it’s quick when we get our lunches here. The breakfast sandwiches were okay. We didn’t care for it as it didn’t have the breakfast feel to it as hamburger buns were used for the sandwiches.

1. I ordered a drink with my sandwich, but the cashier was paying more attention to another employee who was fixing an error on an online order. So I had to wait in line again (there was no one else in the store, but I still had to wait).
2. It was a simple Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. They forgot the bacon. So I got to wait again.
3. I understand it was a junior, but it had the thinnest patty I’ve ever encountered.
4. The drive thru speaker was extremely loud. No headsets.
I haven’t been to Jack In The Box in several years. I dare say it will be many more before I return.

Ordered on line. Food is what you expect, good and hot. This location make food consistently well. Great service and treatment to customers extreamly good. I consider this location to be the best of all Jack in the Box!

I feel like it should be 5 stars but they skimped on my girls large curly fries. The bags are sealed if I would’ve know I would’ve got it fixed. Food was hot and fresh.
Update: the burgers were ok but they forgot to leave out the vegetables, I did order online so they should not have put any vegetables like I asked.
Also they skimped on my fries for me and my brother in laws meals.
I think the restaurant is good just need to fix the portion and direction following.

I went at 10pm on Tuesday night. There were parking spaces right outside. More spaces in the shared parking lot. It was quiet, and clean. The cashier helped me with my online order. He was patient. They even have outlets there to charge your phone. Wow!

1/2022 update: moldy bun served in drive thru. I know it happens, just wish it was caught by staff, lost appetite got a refund. Not a fun thing.
Original Review: They aren’t giving receipts and there was a mistake with our order. Make sure to ask for a receipt. Watched as cashier gave people their cards back without receipts. Ours wasn’t in food bag either.

Staffs aren’t nice. Disgusting hard, salty chicken tenders. My kids didn’t want to eat them. Threw them out directly in the garbage.

i love this jack in the box, we are regulars here. we order our drink without ice, she hands driver cup and walks away. There’s ice, we wait a while for someone to come back, we explain we ordered no ice. She replaced the soda, but there’s a bitter taste. We order the loaded tiny tacos with just the cheese sauce… There’s a picture here.
