It’s never bad. It never blows my mind. There isn’t much alcohol in there but drinks are cheap and it’s good for a quick meal. The quality is always just okay. Service is usually always pretty good which is why I decided on 4 stars.
My only warning is full size salads are complete ripoffs. Salad on the left was $3 with a meal. Salad on the right is $16. Granted, one has chicken but they both legitimately had the exact same amount of lettuce, if not a bit less in the chicken one. I called to ask if they accidentally did a side salad for both. Nope. The manager says she is the one who packed it and saw absolutely nothing wrong with the value here and confirmed it was correct. Gotcha. It was the last full size salad ever ordered there for us.
Its a notch better than fast food for sure but I much prefer Social House for quality. Its more worth it when they run promotions and offer coupons for sure.

We went wtih a large group (3 adults and 6 kids) and the team there took good care of us.
They were able to find us a table and serve us very well.
The kids menu has good options and great prices. And the food was good.

Trinket Box
Been patronizing this outlet for the last 3 months and everything good until last night. We ordered BBQ ribs, which normally are super tender and fall off the bone – these were tough, as though over-cooked and reheated. We also ordered Chicken Parmesan with linguine which was fantastic weeks ago, but now appears on the menu as “new”. It was truly awful. Why the chain management decided to change this, I have no idea. The linguine is thick with coating and cheese, making it like eating paste. No real taste and they should have left it alone. With a moderate tip [waitress was loud and had on a naughty or nice shirt] the bill was $59 – should have went to Arby’s across the street.
Told by management to copy, paste link and they’ll have Dundee team follow up? Don’t think so. This is ridiculous. Food was awful. Period.

I love Applebee’s but the last year or so when I do curbside it is ALWAYS a pleasure to interact with Grace! She lives up to her name and is so kind. I had an especially bad day today, but she helped turn it around by being friendly and taking a moment to chat with me. It meant so much I knew I had to come write a review. Girl, if you see this, thank you!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Michelle at Applebee’s, and I can honestly say she made our dining experience exceptional from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, made sure we were comfortable, and had a genuine, friendly energy that immediately made us feel welcome.
Michelle was incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive—she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Our drinks were always topped off, our food came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect.
What really stood out was how personable she was—she remembered little details from our conversation, made thoughtful recommendations from the menu, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.
If Applebee’s could bottle Michelle’s attitude and service style, they’d be unstoppable. She is the perfect example of what great customer service should look like, and I will definitely be asking for her section next time I come in.

I had the pleasure of being served by Michelle Campos at Applebee’s, What really stood out was her professionalism and care—our food came out quickly, exactly as ordered, and Michelle made sure everything was perfect. She also went above and beyond by offering great menu suggestions and making sure drinks were always refilled promptly. Her positive energy made the whole dining experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Michelle is an excellent example of great customer service. If you visit Applebee’s, I highly recommend asking for her section—you won’t be disappointed!

Another poor visit ordered 3 meals 2 which were burgers both burgers burnt horribly. Manager addressed it but tired of wasting my time as it’s a crap shoot for the food. Left there and got better burgers from Wendy’s don’t see myself returning to this location again.

This is the best restaurant on my way to work. I tried almost everything from steak to chicken and shrimp, soups, salads and even desert.
Everything is delicious but my favorite is the Parmesan N Shrimp Sirloin meal and their mini Cinnabon is so good. I’d definitely be going back every time.
