The worst experience I have ever had. The team member dropped my food, so I had to wait for fresh fries (it happens), the my order was incomplete. I went back and asked for fresh food. I hear the manager tell a team member that I can wait. The fries were remade but again was inco.plete and the cheeseburger was intentionally smashed. The WORST experience ever!

Ordered online for curbside pickup. I went inside to see what was taking so long and one of the girls grabbed the bag of food and said “I better take this out to them before they get all mad.” 20+ minutes for curbside and all the food was cold. Save the headache and go to the other McDonalds down the road.

This place is a joke. There is no one in the drive thru and yet they still ask you to pull forward so you can wait for 10 minutes. Even going in and ordering takes forever. This place is less than efficient. McDonald’s used to be fast. Not anymore. McDonald’s used to be cheap. Not anymore. The fact they raised prices and proceed to inconvenience their customers is wild.
And don’t reply and tell me to fill out some dumb customer feedback survey. I always do and they never do anything because McDonald’s truly does not care about their customer feedback. Nothing ever changes with them. Worthless.

I havent been to McD. in over 3 decades. Except for prices it has changed little from that time.
I’d ordered the following:
(Dbl Cheeseburger, modified:
3-⅒Lb patties, xtra-onion, xtra-pickles, xtra-mustard. NB, 2 had lettuce.) ⨯ 4
I ate two for dinner that night. They were hot and juicy— very delicious! The other two were for lunch the next day.
I’d never microwaved McD’s before. It went well with little loss of flavor, mouth-feel, or appearance (excluding some cheese-melting) from before mw-ing it.
When I arrived I pulled up to the drive-through and the employee told me to come ahead.
When I received the sack with the food it was hot and the aroma was inviting and appetizing.

Would give 0 stars if I could due to service! All I needed was a cup! 4 different employees looked right at me and walked off. One of which continued to sweep while another tried hiding hoping I’d leave. She finally helped me once the manager came back from somewhere and was washing her hands. Even the manager didn’t come ask me what was going on when I disgustedly said to her it would be nice if someone would help me. Completely absurd! Won’t visit this location again.

Few customers dining in had 3 cars ahead of me yet it took 25 minutes to receive my order. 18 minutes between paying for it at 6:35 to receiving it from the manager at 648. The district manager needs to reconsider who they have in their management positions. I managed a McDonalds for years and that is just a complete lack of management. As a manager it is your job to ensure your employees are on task and keeping up with orders. I hope they have censers in the drive through that keeps track of the time cuz if they are bumping orders from the screens to make it appear like it’s been under 3-4 minutes than the censers will show that they have customers waiting over 20 minutes in a fast food drive through. On top of the time the sandwich’s were poorly made, super sloppy, messy and cold.

Rudist drive through ever. Unprofessional. If I wernt a peaceful man it would escalate, fire him and start over 10/12/25 5 pm called in and the manager was zero help , rude in the driveway thru , shorted tye order and dumped fries upside down out of spite. Horrible Place. Ordered my Latte from my McDonalds app 5 minutes prior to walking there from Pilot/Flying J Truck Stop. Walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes being ignored by every single employee just to get informed that my latte can’t be done because machine is in cleaning mode. And I walked there just for a Latte.But they also marked it as it was picked up so I can’t even dispute it or get a refund.
After standing the for 20 minutes waiting I was offered a water by manager . After that she offered my to replace it with something else like a coffee and I after few minutes considering my opinion I said that I will take a Large Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee instead. So I’m standing there for another 10 minutes and nothing had happened and I asked manager where is at least a coffee I opted out to and she pretended that she didn’t hear that I was so frustrated that I just walk out without any.
So 30 minutes of my life is wasted and so much stress received.
Hands down “ Greatest “ customer service I ever seen
And all of it for 4.74$
